I have just purchased my 4th piece of beautiful jewellery from Imperial Time. The team are always on hand to help with sizing and information. The postage and delivery is almost immediate. I am a firm customer and would highly recommend the quality, I would give 6 stars if I could.

I've just bought two gold cross pendants and chains. Through no fault on their part, the supplier had run out of the item that I wanted when I returned the following day. I had been warned that this was a possibility. However, all the guys at Imperial time played their part and spent lots of effort in sourcing a great alternative. They could not have been more helpful and clearly went the extra mile. Thanks, guys ( or should I say - Merci beaucoup)

Although the team, couldn’t quite give me the watch I was looking for I feel sure they will be able to source it and get back to me. They guys were very knowledgable and didn’t have any hard sell tactics, just simply wanted to please and the watch I was shown was a beautiful piece, just not quite the configuration I was looking for. I’m sure il be back.
