I’ve bought multiple items (hello kitty…

I’ve bought multiple items (hello kitty mirrors) from the compact , to the desk mirror and the mini desk mirror and they’ve all been a deceptional . I was excited to have purchased and use them just for them to not work . 1/3 the mini hello kitty led desk mirror was completely useless , came broken out the pack NEVER WORKED . 2/3 my compact mirror didn’t even last six months with fresh batteries abd all bought new ones twice to ensure it was them but NO the mirror light just doesn’t work, The same thing again. Their mirrors are so pretty be so badly made . Their lights unfortunately suck and it’s all a rip off , products messed up and broken.

Ordered 2K worth of merchandise. One item was broken. Emailed multiple times and still waiting for a response. Phone number does not work.

Packaging needs to improve as well as customer service. Next step, BBB and FTC, then court if needed.

Excellent client service

I placed an order since December 6th, I know it took a while to send it because they sent it yesterday. I'm sure they had many orders with which they were a little saturated. But I don't understand why there are a lot of bad comments about this company. I have been a customer of this company for more than two years. I have bought thousands of floor tiles for my room from them and they have never looked bad. They have even sent me replacement parts for defective products. Without charging me extra, they gave me products as gifts and resent a new one just because the previous one came with a small defect. This company does not skimp when it comes to making its customers happy and they have made me a loyal customer of theirs. I recommend it 100%

Item didn’t exist, refund took over a month

Didn’t give them a 1 because the lady speaking to me was plenty nice about the whole thing.

I just don’t know if I’d trust ordering from here again, which is a bummer because I really loved this mirror my friend had, wanted one for myself.

11/5/23 I ordered
11/10 item shipped and received an email from from the person I ended up talking to stating the item was in it’s way.
11/27 I contact them because the shipping hadn’t changed and it’d been a long time and I got a survey email asking how the product is.

11/28 she tells me the item didn’t exist in store and I bought something they didn’t have. It was a technical error, fine. Okay. Was told I could get store credit or a refund. I chose refund

12/15 still no refund
12/19 she emailed about looking into my no refund
12/26 refund actually started
12/27 finally received a refund.

I don’t really know much about this business, maybe it’s a one man operation. I doubt it, but even if it is a micro business, taking over a month to receive a refund that was a whole 25.00 is a little much. Also how do you create a packing label and not realize it doesn’t have a box to go on? Why would it sit there with no one noticing. It all felt fishy, but the lady was very nice and I still got my refund a month and a half later 🤷🏼‍♀️ I wrote this for a buyer beware. What if I’d forgotten to reach back out, I just never would’ve received my item or my money.

The whole thing felt suspicious. That’s all.

Just like everyone else I am sorely…

Just like everyone else I am sorely disappointed with the outcome of my purchase. I bought several cases for Christmas gifts on 12/06. I even paid extra to have it shipped faster. It’s now 01/09 still no product. I tried calling and the number is out of order. They need shut down asap. I contacted the credit card I purchased to get my money back and dispute it on my behalf. Fingers crossed I didn’t get ripped off. It’s a shame all the products seem so nice and of high quality. I had to tell my daughters I didn’t get their gifts on time. Pretty crappy thing to do to people.

Unless it's Super On Sale... Just Don't

I REALLY wanted to like Impressions… I REALLY didn’t want to become one of the many frustrated customers hopping onto various review sites spitting pure vitriol about the many issues they had dealing with this company. And while I will have to raise my hand and count myself among the frustrated, I did not want to write an obviously irate review but simply wanted to calmly explain my experience.

I placed an order on November 20th, 2023 for a SlayStation vanity, small LED mirror, and SlayCase. I heard nothing from them regarding my order into December (12/05/2023), and became concerned as their website does indicate 5 - 7 business days processing for large orders and I had expected either an update or a shipping notification by that time. So I emailed customer service that same day to see if they could tell me what was going on. Especially since I was leaving the country for Christmas starting 12/20 and I wanted to be sure I’d be here for the order. I was ignored for two days, and then finally received this unhelpful reply from Samantha Solano,:” Hello,
Thank you for contacting our customer support team here at Impressions Vanity.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you regarding order IVOUS
We know you are so excited to receive your items and we appreciate your patience. We can assure you that your order will ship out as soon as soon as possible! Once your order is shipped we will email the tracking number to the email address listed on your order.IVOUS-570654-XXXX”. This of course told me nothing, and I asked her about it again, pressing for more details… she never replied. Luckily a label was made on 12/9, however FedEx did not start moving the package until 12/11 stating “barcode label unreadable and replaced” for every parcel in my order. *sigh* Fast forward now to 12/13, I have most of my order excluding the small mirror which I still have no idea when to expect it. As for the vanity itself, the instructions make Ikea instructions look crystal clear. There are misspellings galore (holes is now “hloes”), and sentences that make no sense (“the plastic pivot towards to the backside of the cabinet before the fixing the screws”), and diagrams that seemingly contradict themselves. It is literally a migraine and a half's worth of frustration just trying to assemble the drawers. I have seen clearer instructions attached to Walmart furniture if I am being honest. As for the quality, it's on par with Walmart in my opinion. It will hold together, but it isn't the sturdiest thing you’re ever going to see.

Overall, is the vanity the WORST thing I have ever bought? No. Do I think it's worth the price? Not really. Especially when you factor in the shipping frustrations. I am glad I ordered my large wall mirror from Amazon and not Impressions as I am sure I’d still be waiting for it and frankly Amazon was a lot cheaper.

Negative stars…

They won’t allow you to leave a negative review on their website!!!! If there was an option for zero stars that’s what I would give. Worst experience I have ever encountered online. You cannot get a straight forward answer from any of them if you can get ahold of them. They will have to contact me and prove to me differently before I change my review.

THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ! THEY DONT HAVE A VALID PHONE NUMBER AND THE EMAIL ADDRESS THEY PROVIDE THEY DO NOT ANSWER BACK I PURCHASED AN ITEM ON THE FOURTH OF THIS MONTH AND I HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM SINCE ALSO THEY HAVENT EVEN UPDATED MY TRACKING INFO .. BUYERS BEWARE

Worst customer service! I have emailed them multiple time and they do not reply back. I’ve called as well and asked for a supervisor and twice they said one will call me and never did.

Horrible Customer Service

I recently moved. In my move the moving company damaged the top half of my vanity. Between myself and the moving companies claim adjuster they keep telling us different things in regards to replacing the unit. First they told the claims adjuster from the moving company that I could repurchase it for the original price. That turned out to be a lie. I sent them a message through their ticket portal trying to place the order and no one responded for a week. They only responded after I complained on social media. When i finally was able to correspond with someone, I asked if I could simply purchase the top half that was damaged and not the whole entire vanity. They said no, that I would have to purchase the entire vanity. Why??? The vanity literally comes in a million pieces. You have to put every single drawer together. The top of the vanity and the vanity drawers are sold as a “bundle” not a “unit”, so why would i not be able to purchase it separate. I will never purchase from them again. It’s not even about the money. You’re basically telling customers if any part of a vanity that is sold as a “bundle” is damaged they have to repurchase and rebuild an entire unit vs purchasing the damaged piece and rebuilding it. There is no way I would ever rebuild and or pay someone to rebuild that entire unit again.

I just had to come here and review this company. I cannot believe the number of bad reviews on here. Honestly, they scared me, as I read them all after ordering from Impressions Vanity.

I bought a tall mirror with lights on sale between 30-40% off. I paid something like $450 for the mirror. It’s really nice.

It was packaged beautifully, but did come with one small hairline like crack on the side where the light dimming switch is. There is a small crack from one side of the switch to the other side.

It came with foam padding taped around the entire mirror with lightbulbs plus one extra and hardware to hang the mirror.

The mirror comes with a sturdy plug and outlets in the side for hair tools like a hair dryer or curling iron.

I love this mirror so much, it’s so beautiful and is totally worth the money paid for it. I probably wouldn’t pay full price but maybe that’s just me.

It came with Fed Ex Ground shipping. It took about 7 business days to be shipped out, their customer service was timely and fantastic as I asked when it would be shipped after reading the reviews. It took a few days to get here after being shipped, so in all maybe took around two weeks even after a holiday weekend.

The only thing that was hard was how heavy it was to move the mirror alone inside my house in the box. My brother carried it up the stairs to my room for me because it’s pretty tall and heavy.

I’d assume that the small crack came from the Fed Ex truck because even though the packaging is labeled with fragile and to handle with care, the delivery guy seemed much less concerned then my brother and I did about it.

In no way do I think that reflects their packaging or their company. Maybe they could do extra foam around the light switch, I don’t know.

I have wanted stuff from this company for so long, and now that I have trust in their company and products I will mostly likely buy my vanity from here.

Vanities are so hard to find in good quality online, but there are so many everywhere.

"I have mixed feelings about my experience with Impression Vanity. I purchased a piece of furniture that arrived damaged, and although I tried to notify them, they informed me that they only had a 48-hour window to report any damage. This policy left me dissatisfied, as I did not have time "Enough to fully evaluate the product. It would be great if they considered being more flexible in this regard to provide better customer service. Additionally, the quality of packaging could be improved to prevent future damage in shipments."

Received the Royale petit LED mirror as a gift and it has stopped charging 30 days later. I contacted the manufacturer and was told that since the mirror was purchased through a third party vendor (ie: Amazon), "their warranty no longer applies." Good to know that a manufacturer won't honor their own warranty on a brand new product. BEWARE!

They deserve 0 stars for playing with my time and having no real customer service . I purchased an item over a month ago. Was sent the incorrect item when I reached out regarding my package they said they were not able to send me what I purchased until I sent back the incorrect item they sent. After the item was returned a week after it was delivered I had to wait for “sales specialist” Silvia Martinez” to return to her office for her to send out the correct item which she stated she made sure it was correct the double checked. finally another week later I receive the package only to have the wrong item sent once again 😂 this company is a joke terrible customer service. This is a very unpleasant experience. Please save your self the trouble , money and time

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! TOTAL SCAM!!

I am going through the same thing as other people! The packages were too heavy to lift to my apartment building so I had to wait on help for transporting it. They never include in the order email “YOU HAVE 48 HOURS TO CHECK THE PRODUCT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND!” The help came within 3 weeks of the delivery and I assumed within 30 days, they would help me out. The mirror was smashed to pieces and they are saying you had 48 hours to look at it!!! First of all, the delivery was late by almost a week,
And second of all I wasn’t even home during the first 48 hours when it did finally arrive because I went away! This company is a complete gyp. They know what they are doing. Shame on me for trusting a company thinking they would do the right thing. I am now out 570$ plus the taxes just for the mirror itself that I waited for the right time to buy because it was always sold out. I am so disappointed and sick to my stomach. Even the people I have seen who looked at it within the first 48 hours have said it took 25 emails to finally get an answer and a replacement. I will continue to post my truthful review everywhere to warn people this is a terrible, unethical, and useless company to go with. I already had a hard time taking the risk that if I was unhappy with it, I would have to return it to California, and now I am completely out of my money. I’m contacting the better business bureau about this issue! NEVER AGAIN.

If I could give them zero stars I would, bought a vanity mirror for my daughter, it was packaged in the flimsiest cardboard box, upon opening it and putting it together, I noticed the base had what looked like a protective film on the front. After numerous attempts to remove it, I realized it was scratches into the metal. I took pictures and sent an email. I received an answer stating that it definitely looked damaged but I was past there 48 hours!! I am basically stuck with a damaged base on a very expensive mirror!! I replied that 48 hours has no bearing on the fact that they delivered a damaged product to me, they answered back sorry you missed your 48 hours. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE PRODUCTS, I wish I had seen these reviews before buying mine.

“Warranty” does not cover any damages. Do not buy!

i bought a trifold hello kitty mirror and paid extra for a two year long warranty. my mirror somehow completed melted in my suitcase when it was not exposed to heat, and was completely ruined as well as ruined personal belongings beside it. we emailed customer service with photos of my completely melted, still goopy makeup mirror, to which they said they cannot refund or replace and is not in their “warranty” because it is purely “cosmetic damage”. it is completely unusable and ruined my brand new curling iron beside it. do not buy from impressions vanity, you will get overpriced garbage and horrible customer service. truly disappointing and a despicable business model.

I recently received a Hollywood Aurora…

I recently received a Hollywood Aurora mirror with Bluetooth it arrived completely DESTROYED!!!! Now I have tried reaching out to them numerous times via email and the phone number listed does not even work! and not a peep back from them at all! I have filed a dispute with my bank regarding this matter! It was packaged POORLY in a thin flimsy asf cardboard box that would not protect a pencil let alone a mirror!!!!! I wish I could give this company NO STARS!!!!! Do not buy from this company!!!!
