Impulse race camp, stoke 12/13th April 2021
Just wanted to say that the last two days, especially today have been awesome. Brilliant content across a very challenging mix of ability and all kids smashing it. Truly brilliant.
George was so tired after yesterday and today as well as 3 hours gymnastics training last night he ducked out of our club training last night and went to bed.
Just wanted to share this with you and please pass it on to all the guys. It was a cracker of a day today. 💪🏻👊🏻👌🏻

Had a very agressive man called Phil…
Had a very agressive man called Phil calling me, stating i had called him twice from my mobile. I hadn't even called him. Had no idea who he was but was rather upset by his annoyed and angry manner. Quite surprised after looking on the internet that this guy works with kids! Beware before you book, the guy is absolutely horrid!

This does, however, bear no relevance to our service and is not entirely true.
I receive a number of missed calls, which I always attempt to call back. Many of these are sales or marketing calls for which the n umber used, often a UK mobile, is not recognised on recall.
On the day in question, I had two missed calls from a number, one at 11.21 and one at 11.22. I was working on the hill and could not answer.
When I called back, at 11.53, stated clearly who I was, my company name and asked if I could help you as I'd had missed calls from your number, you were very abrupt, telling me that you had been on the phone all morning so it could not have possibly been you. I replied that I was merely calling back on a number that had contacted me twice and that, perhaps, your number had been cloned and was being used by a cold calling company. I remained polite throughout but you were very rude, calling me a liar, reiterating that you didn't call and hanging up.
I have retained the screenshots of the missed calls and the call back if you would like to see that the number calling was indeed yours.
I was unable to suggest this at the time as you hung up but I would recommend that you contact your phone provider to ensure that your number is secure.
Day Camp fantastic for my 8 year old
Thank you so much to you and your team for Monday’s session. My son had an amazing day and he’s come back home absolutely buzzing.
The day camp was done safely, given the COVID restrictions and I felt completely confident leaving him for the day under your supervision. Thank you for remaining open and providing this bit of normality during a time that is so crazy. I know you and your team work hard to keep the ski centre as safe as possible.

very good racing camp
Impulse Racing promptly replied to my inquiry about late booking with less than 2 hours of the camp starting, both on social media and on the phone, once there paperwork was minimum and my son was able to enjoy the slope and training. We've previously used Impulse camps and they helpfully accommodated my son as a beginner, his progress is visible since his first camp. It would be great to have individual feedback after the camp, but otherwise I can't fault them.

Thank you for your positive feedback. All the children do receive individual feedback throughout the day. I'm sure you appreciate that it's difficult to send individual comments to each and every parent after each camp, especially when we have many new faces at camps. However, we are working on a membership for regular trainees that will introduce a training diary for these children to complete after each session with their feedback and what they have been working on. We expect to announce details later this month.
