genuinely, wow I am so shocked with this companies customer service. The people behind it are so kind and help giving I find it crazy the amount of question I was asking (even stupid ones about my researching) got answered in detail in such a professional way I was really sketched out at first just looking around in the website the peptides are so high quality yet so affordable even taking it to a point to talk in private about my enquiries I've left a 5 star review before I even got the product not to mention they also added a syringe for free to make my life easier to mix my peptides ill defiantly be leaving another review after I receive the product, oh and also talking about thew product the guy I was talking to told me to give them the order number so they could get it out asap. Thank you so much Incline Peps 11/10 customer service thanks for being legends :)

Great customer service
I initially held off ordering as the open bank transfer payment system put me right off. After a couple of weeks of doing my due diligence regarding batch purity certificates/reviews etc, I placed a wholesale order in excess of £500. My order was dispatched promptly but due to royal mail issues, it was a week before it arrived. To say I was in bits while I was waiting is an understatement, mainly due to scam stories all over the internet (other sellers) but incline peps were responsive and did everything they could to reassure me and get my order pushed through the postal system as quick as possible. Can’t fault their customer service. Starting Reta after my holidays so will update later in the year should any product quality issues arise.

Made the order after reading some reviews and as soon as I ordered was emailed and also by text from an actual person you can reply to (you don’t get that sort of service elsewhere)
Product arrived by Royal Mail, well packaged and all is good.
If in doubt, make the leap, you won’t be disappointed

These are the real deal
Been using reta from these for a while now, answered all my questions about everything on the live chat which originally convinced me to order, started low and steadily upped the dose when the effects started wearing off. Been using the 20mg and I’m down just over 20kg in 9-10 weeks with very minimal side effects (bit of indigestion & mild skin sensitivity) so yeah.. it’s the real deal. I can’t recommend them enough honestly

Absolutely fraud of a company!
Absolutely fraud of a company!
Paid for a product that cost over £300 and had promise of next day despatch.
I messaged them and whilst they were co-operative they said theyve had delays from thier supplier. I accepted this yet 4 days later still nothing.
They said the item has been shipped and gave me a tracking number fir royal mail.
Whilst the tracking number did exist, it was just something they have created NOT royal mail and royal mail tracking says they are still waiting to receive the item! That was 5 days ago! The message on tracking has not changed. I messaged and asked for a refund which they said they cannot give me.
I have taken this to the ombudsman!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

We are sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied with your experience. However, we would like to clarify several inaccurate statements made in this review.
As explained to all affected customers via email, we experienced delays from one of our suppliers. In line with our Shipping Policy, we notified customers as soon as we became aware of the issue. We remained transparent throughout and responded to your messages cooperatively and promptly.
Your order was shipped and you were provided with a valid Royal Mail tracking number. It is not possible for us to “create fake tracking codes” or manually update Royal Mail tracking information ourselves — tracking updates are handled entirely by Royal Mail once parcels are processed within their network.
We reassured you multiple times that your order would arrive and, as a gesture of goodwill and apology for the delay, we also included a free item with your order.
As your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to issue a refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
We always aim to provide honest communication and support to our customers, and we regret that despite our efforts to assist you throughout the delay, you remain unhappy with the outcome.
UPDATE:
Since this review was posted, Melanie has received her order in full, as originally advised. The parcel was successfully delivered using the Royal Mail tracking information provided.
In addition, a chargeback dispute was raised with the customer’s bank. After reviewing the evidence submitted by both parties, the bank ruled in our favour and closed the case accordingly.
While we respect every customer’s right to share their experience, it is disappointing that this review remains published despite the order having been delivered and the chargeback decision confirming that the transaction was valid.
We remain committed to providing transparent communication and supporting our customers throughout any unforeseen delays.
