I purchased a product advertised for…
I purchased a product advertised for $19.99. The charge to my bank account was $33.21.
They are impossible to communicate with, their 'Customer Service Consultation Interface' is a rabbit hole - a total joke. I'm writing off the $33.21 (for a product I would have returned if I could have) as a bad experience and I'll be smarter next time. This isn't how we do business in America.

Scam company and products
Scam company. They claimed to sell the Khadlaj Hareem Al Sultan Gold perfume. It was counterfeit. I reported them to PayPal, who didn't do anything, and then to my credit card company. They confirmed the scam and returned my money. Beware!

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. They are blatantly lying on their website. Sent me a different product than what they have been showing on their website. They claim their customer service is available 24/7 and will make you completely satisfied with their product and services and it couldn't be further from the truth. I've already exchanged multiple emails with them about a return and they just keep stalling. I sent them pictures of the product from their website along with pictures of the product I received, I sent them other claims from their website and they have done zero to make me satisfied. It's been weeks of going back and forth - they are just trying to make you give up.

Uses branded products in ads but deliver fakes. Beware!!
Misleading ads. They use ads of branded products and deliver fakes. Trying to get a refund from them is an extremely painful process and they know that they can keep playing you until you give up. They mimic the webstore of the original products. Even down to the reviews and the images. Be aware. Never buy from them. They are deliberate in misleading you

Very soft & cozy
Very soft & cozy. I can see wearing this sweater year round. Would make a nice cover up in the spring as well as fall & winter. Looks great on. Nothing cheap about it.
