DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!

Now I just want to mention that I’m not normally the type of person to complain about anything really, but for this is to literally be my first review & its a negative one then there’s definitely a reason for it.

I had ordered some car mats off of their website this was on 18/04/26, paid for express shipping (7-11 days) as standard was going to take too long (14-25 days). 3 days go by (21/04/26) & I sent them an email in regards to my order as there had been no update on it saying whether or not the order was packed, let alone even processed. Before you say I’m being a “Karen”, I’ve ordered off of many other online business in Australia (I live in NZ) & when I’ve paid for express shipping my order is guaranteed to be packed/processed by the end of the following day at the latest, if not earlier. It wasn’t the end of the world but they then replied back to my email 2 days after (23/04/26) saying they would reimburse me for paying express.

So 2 weeks pass (06/05/26) & there’s still no update on my order so I sent another email asking them if there was a problem processing it. 3 days later (09/05/26) they reply saying that the mats I had ordered were on pre-order & that it’ll be a longer wait than usual which it didn’t state on their website that they were on pre-order beforehand but despite that I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt & decided to wait a little longer.

Another 2 weeks pass (21/05/26) & there was still no update on my order! I then sent them another email saying this - “ Hi, It's been a month since I've placed my order & there's still no update on it. I understand the Nami floor mats were on pre-order but nothing on your website stated that they were so I wasn't expecting such a delay. In saying that I'd like to get a full refund on my order, as I've now managed to get mats elsewhere. Thanks”. They then replied 6 days later on the 27/05/26 saying exactly this “I am so sorry for the delay with your order. We have your order ready to be shipped now, and you should receive the tracking information via a separate email shortly.” I can’t fathom as to how they ignore my previous email of me stating that I wanted a FULL REFUND only for them to say sorry but yet still send the product off for shipping anyways? So basically I’d have to be paying for return on the items just to get a refund when they shouldn’t have sent it in the first place!

To top it off, with their reply also came an update for my package being sent with the courier. So since the 27/05/26 to the current date 03/06/26 my tracking has shown “label created, awaiting courier to pick up” & when I go to track it through AU Post it says “Pending”. I’m shocked as to how this company has any following at all when they’ve only got a generic customer service email to contact them which response times are vastly delayed and/or are non existent at all. I’m still waiting on a response to even know if they’re going to refund me or not as I’m also still unaware of the status of my package. I’ve never had to deal with such poor customer service in my life & will NEVER be ordering from here ever again! Honestly you’re betting off learning how to make your own mats at this point cause by the time you get a response let alone your order in general, you’ll probably be a professional at the craft. Please if you’re considering ordering from here, DON’T unless you want to waste your time & money!

Absolute worst

Absolute worst. Never had customer service this bad, delay is fine but I shouldn't reach out and ask how long its going to take!
Barely reply any emails, wont even issue refund, won't send me the package. Don't sell anything online if you cant fulfil an order. Worst experience ever.

Had a good experience overall

Had a good experience overall. My order was part of a pre-order so there was a bit of a wait, but I reached out and they got back to me and reassured me everything was on the way. I didn’t mind waiting since the designs are honestly something I haven’t seen anywhere else.

Product finally came through and I’m really happy with the quality. Customer service was solid too. Appreciate it 👍

Zero communication

Zero communication. I made an order of a sample kit of their new vinyl wrap early December with the hopes of receiving it before the Christmas cutoff (their Instagram indicated that I had made it by 2 weeks!) only to be given a tracking number that simply said "label created". I thought "that's fine, maybe I just didn't make the Christmas cutoff despite their socials saying otherwise".

Fast forward to the first week of January and still, no tracking updates. I sent an email, no response despite their socials being very active and receiving plenty of marketing emails.

Second week of January and I messaged their Instagram, still no response.

Third week of January, I message them again, but still nothing. Mid-third week of January I decide to leave a comment on one of their latest posts and still no response. Okay...so I leave comments on their four last posts. Finally a response from them after a few other people reply saying they also never received their goods. This is word for word the reply I finally got on Instagram:

"Hey! Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delay on this one.

I’ve checked your order and it looks like the shipping label was created, but unfortunately the sample did not progress through dispatch as intended. To avoid keeping you waiting any longer, we’ve gone ahead and processed a full refund for your order.

You should see the funds returned to your original payment method shortly, depending on your bank’s processing time."

So if you make an order, they just simply lose it before even shipping it? How?

I replied outlining my disappointment, never got a response beyond this one and only message. They never replied to my email.

Regularly their posts can be seen with comments asking for them to please read their emails, and provide updates to people's orders, and regularly they do not reply. Comment sections seem to get swept periodically to remove these comments, and posts even get removed if they get too many comments asking for updates on their orders.

A waste of time, just do not bother, unless you wish to gamble getting a product and service from a company that has a very strong online presence despite never ever responding to queries unless they feel pressured into it. I am thoroughly dissatisfied that they couldn't even honour my order after so much waiting when I could have gone with a competitor day one and received everything I paid for, instead of waiting a month and a half just for a refund.

No stars

No stars! I didn't want to have to make this review but along with many others, I'm disappointed. It’s becoming a joke now. I was advised mid January that I'd have my order EARLY January due to stock which they supposedly said was mentioned ONLINE which was NOWHERE to be found. I've since been emailing & to my surprise, absolute crickets!
Nothing, no product, no updates, no responses and quite frankly. Do not order from them unless you want it Christmas 2027.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Zero customer service skills, no communication after weeks of waiting and emailing support about my order which hasn't been shipped in 5 months. Stay far far away from these people

Delays are fine, but you have to let your clients know.

These guys suck

These guys suck, it took 2 months for then to send my package to NZ, then waiting a week or more to receive an email reply from them. I received my items but was told that the seatbelt covers were out of stock and they will be sent when they are in, I emailed about 2 weeks ago asking where they were and still not reply. Bloody useless customer service! Also noticed they have deleted all the bad reviews off their website, so think it needs to be posted here as well. Just be weary if you purchase from them

14 days to get confirmation on tracking…

14 days to get confirmation on tracking info that it's hasn't let site for a stocked item is too long! Then 5-7 days to get to NZ on top. I haven't received $120 in goods yet and looking at your good reviews I wonder why I'm left out. Pick it up fellas and fellets! Pull finger 🙏

Scam

Ordered 2 Months ago. No reply to my email when I wrote the support. They are deleting comments about this on instagram not just my comment others too. Got a tracking number that has no updates so far since 2 weeks and the tracking site cant show me the adress, weight etc about the package. Looks a lot like scam.In addition when I ordered there was no pre order going on nothing. Suddenly after my order they announced on insta a few days later all mats would be made to order now. They raised the price of the koi mats about 30€ claiming the design was so difficult. But 5 days before it was said they were final sale and wouldnt come back but SUDDENLY 5 days later they are full on in stock again because of the demand? Ordered different mats then. But well nothing here.
Update: after 3 months i got the money refunded because the package "got lost"
