DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!
Now I just want to mention that I’m not normally the type of person to complain about anything really, but for this is to literally be my first review & its a negative one then there’s definitely a reason for it.
I had ordered some car mats off of their website this was on 18/04/26, paid for express shipping (7-11 days) as standard was going to take too long (14-25 days). 3 days go by (21/04/26) & I sent them an email in regards to my order as there had been no update on it saying whether or not the order was packed, let alone even processed. Before you say I’m being a “Karen”, I’ve ordered off of many other online business in Australia (I live in NZ) & when I’ve paid for express shipping my order is guaranteed to be packed/processed by the end of the following day at the latest, if not earlier. It wasn’t the end of the world but they then replied back to my email 2 days after (23/04/26) saying they would reimburse me for paying express.
So 2 weeks pass (06/05/26) & there’s still no update on my order so I sent another email asking them if there was a problem processing it. 3 days later (09/05/26) they reply saying that the mats I had ordered were on pre-order & that it’ll be a longer wait than usual which it didn’t state on their website that they were on pre-order beforehand but despite that I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt & decided to wait a little longer.
Another 2 weeks pass (21/05/26) & there was still no update on my order! I then sent them another email saying this - “ Hi, It's been a month since I've placed my order & there's still no update on it. I understand the Nami floor mats were on pre-order but nothing on your website stated that they were so I wasn't expecting such a delay. In saying that I'd like to get a full refund on my order, as I've now managed to get mats elsewhere. Thanks”. They then replied 6 days later on the 27/05/26 saying exactly this “I am so sorry for the delay with your order. We have your order ready to be shipped now, and you should receive the tracking information via a separate email shortly.” I can’t fathom as to how they ignore my previous email of me stating that I wanted a FULL REFUND only for them to say sorry but yet still send the product off for shipping anyways? So basically I’d have to be paying for return on the items just to get a refund when they shouldn’t have sent it in the first place!
To top it off, with their reply also came an update for my package being sent with the courier. So since the 27/05/26 to the current date 03/06/26 my tracking has shown “label created, awaiting courier to pick up” & when I go to track it through AU Post it says “Pending”. I’m shocked as to how this company has any following at all when they’ve only got a generic customer service email to contact them which response times are vastly delayed and/or are non existent at all. I’m still waiting on a response to even know if they’re going to refund me or not as I’m also still unaware of the status of my package. I’ve never had to deal with such poor customer service in my life & will NEVER be ordering from here ever again! Honestly you’re betting off learning how to make your own mats at this point cause by the time you get a response let alone your order in general, you’ll probably be a professional at the craft. Please if you’re considering ordering from here, DON’T unless you want to waste your time & money!
