We are disappointed to see this review, especially after such a long gap and without addressing the actual circumstances surrounding your exit.
You left Incredimate abruptly two years ago, without serving a notice period or providing any handover. At the time, you were managing over 12 active projects and their associated payment records. Despite our repeated efforts — including daily calls and messages over a span of 10 days — there was no response from your side. We have records of these communications.
It is unfortunate that you now question the company’s trustworthiness when, in reality, the situation was quite the opposite. A responsible and trustworthy professional does not leave mid-project without any communication or accountability.
We remain committed to transparency, professionalism, and the well-being of our team and clients. Misleading reviews only disrupt the reputation built through hard work and dedication.

My salary not pay company
Incredimate has proven to be highly unprofessional. Many employees, including myself, have not received their rightful salaries. There is a clear lack of financial stability and accountability. I strongly advise others to be cautious before engaging with this company in any capacity.

We’re sorry to hear your concerns, but it’s important to clarify the facts for the sake of transparency and fairness.
You joined Incredimate in 2021 as a peon. Over time, recognizing your interest and potential, we personally trained you in basic computer operations and even supported your development beyond your role — including giving you driving responsibilities. Your dedication in the early stages was appreciated, and in return, we ensured your growth within the company.
Over the span of just three years, your salary was increased by over 300%, along with multiple performance-based incentives. We believe in nurturing people who show willingness to learn, and your growth was a reflection of that belief.
However, your departure from the company was abrupt and without any notice or formal handover. You were handling critical inventory, and despite our numerous calls and messages over a 10-day period, you never responded. We have voice notes and screenshots as proof. Following your sudden exit, an internal audit revealed multiple inconsistencies in both inventory and payments — discrepancies that required your cooperation, which unfortunately never came.
More than a year later, posting a negative review filled with serious allegations — without context or acknowledging your own actions — is not only disheartening but also misleading. It’s disappointing to hear such statements, especially after the effort, trust, and support extended to you throughout your time here.
We’ve always aimed to build a company rooted in mutual respect, professional ethics, and a positive working environment. We remain committed to resolving disputes in a fair and respectful manner.

Their ability to think outside the box…
Their ability to think outside the box and experiment with new styles and techniques is truly remarkable. I recently worked with them on a commercial project, and they exceeded every expectation. The creativity displayed in the character designs and storytelling was fresh and exciting. The team was incredibly responsive to our needs and always offered insightful suggestions that enhanced the project. The final animation was not only visually stunning but also resonated well with our target audience.

An absolute 100% amazing experience
An absolute 100% amazing experience. These guys are the best at what they do! Fantastic communication, be confident that their team responds almost immediately, basically 24 hours a day. However the best part was ‘value for money’ we would of paid 10 times as much with a local video animation company. I can’t recommend highly enough! We love our video and it exceeded our expectations!!
