They actually responded to my emails. Not sure if it was always a human being (vs. a bot) responding but they did try to answer my questions. They were not able to give an estimated time to get your visa though

India visa ORG. in site is fake, not official Indian government, steals your identity and asks you for $120 more for no reason.

SCAM!!! This website impersonates the government. They provide no service and charge higher fees than the proper government website, and you don't know what they are doing with your private information, passport documents etc. They just take your personal information and submit them to the official govt website. Their business is based on confusing people and creating an unnecessary middle-man. Just go straight to the official govt website that ends in .gov.in

I was urgently traveling to India and had only 2 days to get eVisa for my daughter, and filed urgent application. The authorities were very prompt in their response to my emails and granted visa within 36 hrs, even though regular SLO is up to 72 hrs. I will able to travel thanks to their promptness. Thank you very much!

- User friendly on line application process.
- Once application completed - got the visas within a few days.

Only suggestion would be to make the uploading of the documents a simpler process.

This is real cheating. Imitating the official indian embassy site and make you feel like you are applying on the official site, they proposed in the name of "Emergency Visa" which actually does not exist officially and made me to pay 144 EUR for something which costs 30 EUR when you apply on the official website of Indian embassy site directly. I wanted urgently the visa for the death of my mother in india and applied the visa in this CHEATING site (impressed by this name of emergency visa) by paying 144 EUR which I got after 2 days. Then I went to indian embassy directly and applied for another visa and got it on the same day and travelled with this visa. 144 EUR paid for nothing. I let the god to punish the people like this who are stealing the money of the people making use of their difficult situation.

Very comprehensive. Excellent service when I asked questions. Only negative was the 'Reference India and Home', the term Reference should have been 'Contact Name/Address in case of emergency'
