Alex and Donna have been really great throughout the process, which has taken a little longer than anyone expected due to the market. Alex was always available and quick to respond to any queries and provide advice. Donna made the viewing process seamless and helped us get an offer accepted.

I can't thank this estate agents enough. Iv been with a few over the years but indlu are far the best iv dealt with. I do have to mention one employee stands out above the rest Donna she is so professional and cares for what she dose always goes that one step further. My husband and I decided it was the right time to sell our house after being very indecisive. We booked a valuation with Indlu for a few days later. Alex came to our house and was very friendly and professional, he spent time explaining everything to us and was very clear. This was really important for us as we have never sold a house before and quite frankly is a really scary time. Once we agreed we would sell, we arranged a day for the pictures to be taken again only a few days later. Alex took some great shots of our house which really did show it off to it's true potential. Our house went on the market that very same day, he viewings came flooding in and within one week we had sold our house. We wanted to do the viewings ourself which we found to run really smoothly. Donna is very friendly and efficient, always very quick to get back to us when we have needed information. I'm sure she is just as good behind the scenes making sure the rest of it goes to plan. I have recently SOLD my house using Indlu at a fraction of the cost of competitors. My house sold in a matter of days. Great photos and attention to detail from Simon. Donna was fantastic, keeping me up to date with the progress of the sale. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I've used Indlu twice in the past four or five months. Two quite different properties (a bungalow and a cottage) in two different areas (Denton and Middleton). Both properties sold in less than a week for over the asking price.

For a standard fee, it beats me why anyone would still be paying a fee based on a percentage of the asking price. You get brilliant photos and a good write up which Indlu say they will upload onto Rightmove (and the others) within 24 hours... one of mine was on there within three hours!

Personally, based on my own experience, I wouldn't waste money and time on agents with a shop front and high overheads, when I can get my property on the websites that all prospective buyers use, for a fraction of the cost.

Donna deals with all the admin side and is a gem when it comes to keeping you up to date with where things are up to, so you don't have to be chasing. She really is an asset.

Timely clear communication and offering to find information before I had requested so thinking of what I needed to successfully let my property.
