Still no shipment of order.

still waiting for the rest of my order. I placed the order over 20 days ago. I received the lens but not the face shield i ordered. Can't write a review for something I have yet to use or even have in my possession !

Simple interface, easy to find what I wanted, and quick delivery! I ordered some Nano-loks for a scaffolding job I had coming up in less than a week, and they had them at my house in 2 days. Very professional and well organized.

Still haven't received my order was told I won't get it till 2/3. Will update if I get it. Received it earlier than they said and it's what I ordered im happy with it.

Super Fast Shipping

I placed an order on 12/23 and as of today 1/7/26 I have not received any product. I have sent 3 emails to their website with no response so I guess I take my business elsewhere.

BAD SHIPPING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

MY PRODUCTS WERE SHIPPED 2 DAY. THEN THE SHIPMENT WAS SEPERATED INTO 2 SHIPMENTS. THE FIRST ONE WAS A DAY LATE AND THE SECOND ONE WAS A WEEK LATE.

I NEEDED A COPY OF THE INVOICE SO I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES. EVERY TIME IT RANG UNTIL VOICEMAIL. I LEFT A MESSAGE AND NOBODY CALLED BACK. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS, I CALLED SALES JUST TO TALK TO SOMEBODY. THEY TRANSFERRED ME IMMEDIATELY TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHERE NOBODY PICKED UP AGAIN. I ALSO E-MAILED THE ONLINE HELP AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A COPY OF MY INVOICE.

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN AVOID IT.

The product arrived in a timely manner, and the process was easy and efficient.

Placed an order and the order has not been fulfilled 3 weeks later. Company reached out with a promoted basic email asking if I’ve received my order, then I emailed customer service and have yet to hear back. Zero stars of possible
