Awful Customer service-Crooks!
Ordered a part- sent me something totally different than what picture showed and the part number. Package was never opened. Had to contact them 3 times to get an answer. Was denied. They will not give me an explanation as to why. So, they send the wrong part and won't take it back. Do not do business with them. Awful!

I give them zero stars. This place is a total sham. The product descriptions are terrible—they can't even be bothered to post the correct photos. If you run into any problems, you hit a brick wall; it’s easier to just toss the item in the trash than to try return it. Don't waste your time with this store!

I ordered 2 Mass air flow sensor for a 2015 Infiniti Q70 on December 3rd. I received them on December 8th, had them installed. On December 15th I had a check engine light and rough idle. I called the company to report the issue. I was told that they would provide me with proof of purchase, and I could go to an Infiniti dealer and have the part replaced. The proof of purchase they sent had the company name parts mart automotive warehouse on it, I thought nothing of it as I thought they were affiliated with Infiniti, since their website is called Infinitipartsdeal.com. I went to Infiniti, and was told they are not affiliated with Infinitipartsdeal.com, or parts mart automotive warehouse, and will not replace the part. I called back Infinitipartsdeal.com and spoke with a supervisor. He said I would have to get a diagnostic report from Infiniti to have the item replaced, (that report would cost $250 plus tax from Infiniti). Or just have Infiniti diagnose the error, show them the proof of purchase, and Infiniti would replace the faulty part. When I told the supervisors what Infiniti had told me, he said that's the only two options I had. I asked if I could get a diagnostic report from anywhere else, as paying an additional $250 on top of the $438.58 I spent on both parts was a lot, he said no that's the only way to replace the part. Do not, I repeat do not buy anything from this company, they are doing something shady. Using the Infiniti name when not affiliated with the actual Infiniti Dealership, and giving the impression verbally over the phone like it's not a big deal to just have the part replaced at Infiniti.
(I have the phone call recorded with the supervisor in case they want to deny they said what they said)
The supervisor that mis-represented the affiliation with Infinitipartsdeal.com and Infiniti dealership stating I could get the mass air flow sensor replaced for free simply because it's a genuine Infiniti part, and providing proof of purchase with parts mart automotive warehouse on the invoice is ludacris. I would have to come out of pocket $250+ tax for the diagnosis and then the cost of the part at their price plus tax. (I have a recording of this conversation if they want to deny it) Three months later and I still have a defective part, out $207.51 and no way of getting my money back, or a replacement part, although by now just give me my money back and I'll go directly to Infiniti to buy the part. If I had done that before, I would've had a free diagnosis and a new part. Do not purchase anything from Infinitipartsdeal.com or parts mart automotive warehouse, they are dishonest, unethical and unscrupulous in their business practices.

Arrived damaged without packing materials
Product arrived damaged (bent and broken) without any protective packaging. Customer service reused to issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) citing their policy is that requests must be made five days from delivery. I made the request precisely six days after delivery and immediately upon learning from my body shop the part was damaged and useless.

Infiniti Parts Deals terrible customer service
I am filing this complaint due to the company’s failure to deliver purchased items and failure to issue refunds despite repeated requests and extensive follow-up.
I placed my first order on November 30, 2025. When the order was not fulfilled, I placed a second order on January 2, 2026, based on representations that the issue would be resolved. To date, no parts from either order have been delivered, and no refunds have been issued.
Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter directly with the company, I have been required to jump through excessive and unnecessary hoops. Each contact has resulted in delays, vague responses, or additional steps that did not lead to any resolution. The company has acknowledged the issue but has failed to take corrective action.
At this point, several months have passed since the original purchase. The continued lack of delivery or refund constitutes unacceptable business conduct. I have exhausted reasonable efforts to resolve this matter directly and have no confidence that the company intends to act without outside intervention. STILL DO NOT HAVE A REFUND AND OF COURSE THE SAME OLE EXCUSE, WE’RE SORRY!!!! Horse crap!!!! Instead of apologizing fix the problems.

Customer satisfaction not important to this company
I purchased parts for my SUV and when the items shipped I scheduled my mechanic appointment based on the arrival date from the shipper. The parts were delayed by a few days which meant they were not here in time for the appointment and my mechanic had to purchase other parts last minute. I tried to return the unopened parts (the box I received from USPS is still taped shut), but they will not accept the items. I tried contacting their customer service multiple times but would just get a generic against policy response. Quite disappointed as I am out multiple hundreds of dollars.

Absolutely the WORST customer service for a return I’ve ever experienced!
My return started off fine, then turned into a headache. Their return page linked in an email kept showing “processing,” and despite multiple attempts to get a definitive update, I got no real answers—until they suddenly denied my $635 return and blamed me for “delaying.”
Every human interaction felt ruder than the last. The final “customer service supervisor” was condescending, inflexible, and downright dismissive. It honestly felt like their company tactic to both bully and run out the clock so they wouldn’t have to honor the return.
Based on the background noises during calls, it doesn’t even sound like a real customer service operation—more like people answering on their cell phones from random locations. The whole thing felt scammy further supported by the downright rudeness from “supervisor” only added to the non-legit feel.
This was my first order with them and definitely my last. AI customer service would’ve been better, at lease more pleasant and humane.
