Infinity Animations Opiniões 

We hired Infinity Animations in October 2024 to produce ten 1 minute animated videos. We were told to expect a 2–3 week turnaround time per video.

The first video took approximately eight months to complete. During that time, we were encouraged to begin additional videos simultaneously to speed up delivery. Based on those assurances, we initiated two more projects, neither of which has been completed.

Communication steadily declined. Emails are no longer answered, and phone calls are answered inconsistently with no clear point of contact. We are repeatedly promised updates, new project managers, or timelines, none of which have materialized.

At this point, only a portion of the contracted work has been delivered. We have formally requested a partial refund for the unfinished work, as allowed under our contract, but have received no response.

Based on our experience, we would caution others to be very clear about timelines, deliverables, and refund terms before engaging this company.
I have now started sending legal demand letters and still no response. All we are asking for is partial refund for work incomplete. At this point we are handing this over to our legal team to handle from here.

The owner, Nick Fisher, is a liar. An unscrupulous person to be avoided.

A couple years ago I contracted for an animation and my project manager was Phil. Everything went fine and Phil went above and beyond to finish the contract on time.

Months afterward, I received an email from Nick saying Phil had died from cancer. In reality, Phil did not pass away and never had cancer. I know this because I spoke with Phil a few months later, quite surprised to hear from him alive and well. He told me, vaguely, that there were internal disruptions within the company.

Nick called me a few weeks ago trying to solicit new business. I asked him if he was the person who told me that Phil had died. He denied everything.

When Nick continued to email me with solicitations, I told him never to contact me again, and I forwarded him the email proof below to refute his lies.

I just received yet another solicitation from Nick Fisher. Hence this review.

It is with a heavy heart that I share some deeply sad news ,Phil tragically passed away after a courageous three-year battle with cancer. This is why you haven’t heard from him, and I can only imagine how difficult this news may be to receive.

Phil was truly dedicated to this project, and in his absence, I have stepped in to carry forward his work. I will now be your primary point of contact to ensure everything moves forward smoothly and is completed on time.

I deeply appreciate your patience and understanding during this incredibly difficult time. Your support means more than words can express.

They are a cheat. They took 1000 USD from me and ghosted. Please do not engage with such malpractices.

We hired Infinity Animations for two videos. After completing the first, we tried for weeks to get the final files. Our assigned rep completely ghosted us. Eventually, after escalating the situation, someone responded and told us the rep had been in a car accident and passed away. We were sympathetic, of course.

But now we’re on video number two, and the exact same thing is happening again. We’ve sent at least five emails over several weeks — no response, no update, no video. Just silence.

At this point, it’s clear this is not a one-off situation. It feels like a pattern of taking money and disappearing. Total scam behavior.

Do not fall for this company. I also suspect many of their positive reviews are fake or paid for. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

Infinity Animations is my secret weapon for creating engaging content for social media. Their 2D animation is top-notch - visually stunning, and perfectly tailored to my specific needs and target audience. They took my rough sketches and brought them to life with vibrant colors, smooth animation, and charming characters. They're a pleasure to work with – collaborative, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I'm happy with the final product. I can't recommend them enough to any business looking to boost their social media presence with eye-catching animation.

They took my money, did an incomplete job that ignored my instructions, and then ghosted me. What’s more, they promised unlimited revisions. Read the other one-star reviews that say the same thing. Not the others that they paid for. I am currently pursuing legal measures to get my money back.

PREPAID AND NEVER RECEIVED PROJECT. THIS IS A CON AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

My worst choice to date has been no work with Infinity Animations! Things went awry right away when I engaged them to do a 60 second 3D animation. They promised fluid animations and excellent graphics, but what I received was a poor, awful, and antiquated video. The lighting was utterly incorrect, the textures were strange, and the movements were not genuine. I tried to voice my concerns, but they either ignored me or made evasive promises to fix the issue "soon". Months passed, and I came to the conclusion that they had no intention of fulfilling their first commitment. They squander your time, overpromise, and under deliver. This company is not trustworthy!

We worked with this Animation Studio in NYC on a challenging Hybrid Animation project. They went above and beyond our expectations to create a visually spectacular animation. Their team worked closely with us, including all our suggestions and ensuring the project was completed on time. The level of professionalism and creativity was exceptional. We are quite pleased with the outcome.
