Beautiful products and excellent service!

I have bought several items and they arrived very fast and they look beautiful and I am complemented constantly how natural the look is!
I also appreciate lovely packaging and storage bag enclosed with the product. Customer service is personal, very polite and efficient! I recommended this company to all of my friends and will continue to do so!

Nice braid but untrustworthy company

I have mixed opinions on this company. Colour match on my first braid was poor so I returned and ordered a second. Second braid arrived and I really like it. Slightly bulky in my hair but overall lovely.

My problem is with the returned item. Returned as per company policy. Tracking showed this arrived with them but approx 6 weeks on and still no refund. The WhatsApp team kept telling me to email the company but the company inbox is full. I have since gone through my credit card company to claim the money back.

Disappointing as the product is nice but the company themselves are untrustworthy. I am now £40+ out of pocket.

Auf instagramm oder Facebook reagiert auch niemand. Ich kann diesen Shop nicht empfehlen, fühlt sich für mich als Betrug an.

At the moment we cannot locate your return because we have not received a tracking number from you. Without that tracking information our fulfilment partner cannot identify when the parcel will arrive. However, they have assured us that once a return for your order is scanned in, the system will be updated and we will process your refund straight away. That is the reason for the delay.

Please know we always try our very best to make our customers happy and we never intend for situations like this to happen.

Perfect color match and very natural look

I ordered a clip-in ponytail in the shade Mocha Chino and I’m extremely happy with my purchase. I was a bit worried that the hair might look unnatural, but it actually looks incredibly natural — just like my own hair.
The color match was absolutely perfect, and the quality of the product exceeded my expectations. I’m also very happy with the service — the delivery was fast and everything arrived perfectly.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and the customer experience. After this ponytail, I’m already planning to place another order — this time for the braided headband.

Prachtige producten, topservice!

Al jaren klant en naast de mooie kwaliteit van de producten, altijd een super service. Er was bij de laatste levering iets bij de bezorging fout gegaan maar dat werd direct opgelost. Dank hiervoor! Jullie zijn toppers!

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!

What a faff on it has been.
First order was small, and it came quick, super packaging and dispatched after 2 days!
Second order I haven’t been so lucky. It was a bigger order, more valuable, placed just before Christmas. Beginning of January still no dispatch email. Contacted them, got a response after a day, which was impressive, they said there was a stock error but they got more stock so were dispatching my order right away. After another week still nothing. Contacted them again, got a response, there was a mistake in the ordering system, they added a free brush as an apology. After another week still nothing! We are now at the very end of January and still no order and they have now stopped responding to emails! I asked for a refund but they are ignoring me now! Absolutely useless customer service! They send you all these lengthy apologetic emails at the beginning but do absolutely nothing about it!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Disappointing

I have ordered from here twice in the past no issue this time however disappointing. I ordered 25th of November spending just under 150£ we’re now on January 5th and it’s still not being delivered unless I pester I get no updates when I do get updates they send me tracking numbers … take some responsibility either re send it refund me or get in contact with courier ?! I am so disappointed and I will never order from here again any recommendations I have given in the past will not be happening again I couldn’t be more upset .

You’re absolutely right to expect clear communication and timely delivery, especially as a returning customer. Unfortunately, your order fell during a particularly difficult period over Christmas and New Year, when our courier experienced significant backlogs and delays that were outside of our direct control. That said, we fully acknowledge that our updates should have been clearer and more proactive, and we apologise sincerely for that.

We have taken feedback from this period very seriously and have already put measures in place to improve communication and prevent a repeat of this experience.

We’re really sorry that this situation led to such disappointment, especially given your previous positive experiences with us. Thank you for your past support, and for raising this so openly.

Idem als ervaringen hieronder. Een order geplaatst op Black Friday. Het advies voor het kiezen van de correcte kleur ging bijzonder snel, alleen na het plaatsen van je order wordt het stil. Intussen al meer dan een maand aan het wachten op de levering.

Er wordt inderdaad gecommuniceerd dat deze op elk moment de deur uit kan maar dat laatste is intussen ook alweer een aantal weken terug.

Bestellen in november en niet eens in huis voor de feestdagen, niet fijn.

Na vier weken heb ik mijn bestelling nog steeds niet ontvangen. Op mijn eerste e-mail werd gereageerd, daarna niet meer. Ik ontvang alleen standaardmails over vertraging met 15% korting als zogenoemde compensatie. Ik heb Infinity nog een mail gestuurd waarin ik expliciet om annulering verzocht en ik heb dit ook bij Klarna gemeld, maar ook hierop volgt geen inhoudelijke reactie.

Een maand verder, niks ontvangen

Een maand geleden besteld, nog steeds niks ontvangen. Communicatie per mail blijft vaag en geeft geen perspectief. Er wordt al weken gezegd dat mijn bestelling ‘in de laatste fase voor verzending bevindt.’ Zou dit bedrijf zeker niet aanraden!

Wundervoller Kundenservice

Vorweg muss ich sagen, ich warte schon seit über einem Monat auf meine Lieferung. Die erste Lieferung lief reibungslos, aber nun bei der zweiten gibt es leider Probleme aufgrund von blackfriday...ich weiß es nicht...wie auch immer, der Kundenservice macht das wieder wett. IMMER zuvorkommend, immer höflich, Lösungsorientiert...da könnten sich einige Firmen eine Scheibe abschneiden. Denn das ist in der heutigen Zeit wirklich eine Ausnahme! Also, nochmal ganz großes Lob an das Team! Ich werde definitiv wieder bestellen, auch wenn ich jetzt zittern muss, dass meine Bestellung vielleicht nicht mehr vor Weihnachten ankommt.

Inmiddels al ruim 3 weken aan het…

Inmiddels al ruim 3 weken aan het wachten tot mijn bestelling verzonden word. Op site staat 2 a 3 dagen. Als reactie op mijn mail zou het binnen week worden verzonden.... tot nu toe niks.... schandalig! Zeker met de feestdagen! Vermeld dan dat mensen weken moeten wachten!

Update, het is inmiddels 19 december.... nog niks!!! Schandalig!!!

I ordered braids from their website and…

I ordered braids from their website and it was never delivered. I reached out to their customer service via email and no reply at all. Then reached out to their whatsapp on their phone and someone returned assuring me they will resend the order and it never happened. Both the person on whatsapp as well as another email I sent never returned. I believe this company is a total scam to be honest. They collect your personal picture under the idea of finding you right hair color for the braid and then I am afraid might be using it for other purposes.

Thank you for sharing this. I’ve checked our system, but we still cannot find any emails or WhatsApp messages from you under your name, number, or email address. We would never ignore a customer intentionally, and I’m really sorry for the stress this has caused.

We’ve also reached out to you directly on Instagram today asking for your correct email address. Once you share it, I will contact you personally to resolve this immediately.

Regarding your concern about photos:
We only ever ask for a picture if a customer requests help choosing the right colour match. The photo is used once for colour selection, then stored securely or deleted upon request.

We never use customer images for any other purpose as this goes against our policies and our values.

We take your concerns seriously and just want to make sure this is fully resolved for you. As soon as we receive your email, we will sort this out right away.
