I booked a Sunday Fiesta in Albufeira for my best friends hen do and the actual event itself was amazing but Infinity Weekends charged us £55 each (there was 13 of us going) when at the venue itself they only charged £40 for the EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE. I tried to clarify with Infinity Weekends why we had been grossly overcharged by £195 total and they replied saying “Yes, you have paid more to us than you could have paid at the venue directly, but this can also be said for anything on sale on the internet.” We have received no refund or anything to settle this. I will never use this company again! Total scam!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re really glad to hear you and your group enjoyed the Sunday Fiesta itself — it’s always great to know our guests had a fantastic time at the event.
We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with the price paid, so we’d like to clarify a few important points. When booking through Infinity Weekends, you’re not just purchasing the event ticket — you’re booking through a registered travel agent that coordinates everything in advance, giving you peace of mind and a stress-free planning experience. This was the only thing you booked with us even though we provide accommodation, private transfers etc in Portugal, so its not like we could have absorbed any of the cost of that event into providing you with cheaper accommodation for example. Some suppliers just don’t offer agency commissions because they can usually fill venues themselves a bit like Obeach in Ibiza.
In order to secure your booking, we work with trusted local agents in Portugal who apply their own mark-up. On top of that, we have operational costs such as marketing (including the cost of your initial click onto our website), the Stripe payment processing fee (which deducts 3% from all transactions), and the time and staff required to liaise with venues, confirm reservations, and manage your booking from start to finish.
Importantly, your event was pre-booked and guaranteed, meaning you didn’t have to worry about availability on the day — and your group confirmed that you were happy to pay the quoted price and thoroughly enjoyed the event.
Without our investment in marketing, promotion, and relationships with local providers, you may not have found or secured the event in the first place.
That said, we always appreciate constructive feedback and will continue looking at ways to better communicate how our pricing works. If you’d like to discuss this further, please feel free to reach out directly at info@infinityweekends.co.uk.

Great weekend for the stag
Great weekend for the stag. All activities were well organised, the Team were very helpful. Massive shout out to Jamie went above and beyond making sure we all had a good time and looked after us all very well. Definitely recommend using this Company for Stags or Hens in Benidorm.

Hen party
The team have been so helpful and have made the organisation of my friend’s hen party seamless. Jessica, Dannii and Maria were all great with replying to any queries and happy to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend!

Marbella Hen 2025
Just come back from our hen do in Marbella and we had the most amazing time.
Dean and Maria were so helpful during the process and even when we had to change one of our activities, they were really communicative and supportive in booking something else.
Everything that was book by Dean and Maria went off without any problems. The apartments we stayed in were absolutely stunning, the airport transfer was on time both ways and the boozy brunch we had was incredible.
Having all of the hens pay for their own place was a life saver for me as MOH as I didn’t have to chase them for any of the money. They could choose whether to pay monthly or in one and it really helped people to budget properly.
I would 100% use them again if I was booking another hen do. Fantastic service by both Dean and Maria - I can’t thank you enough!

Hannah’s hen party
Had a fab time on Hannah’s hen party-it was well organised and we were looked after by Shann Donn, who was so cheerful and accommodating. Would defiantly use Infinity weekend in the future.
