Took money ,did not supply any information at all. Want a full refund and compensation!! Contact telephone number given on website is non existent! NB: Almost every review states what I've experienced and stated. This company has reached out to give me a refund, waiting for refund. I am truly disappointed with this company. However they have responded to my complaint and review and give them credit for at least showing some conscience. My official stance and feeling However has not changed. Ps if they respond remember to ask them to remove all your information per the data protection act of UK.

I did a search from the internet to find an address and this site came up. It said it could find and address from a phone number which I typed in, adn I was told there were two results, but needed to pay £0.50 to see them - so I did. I then get told there are no results associated with that phone number - what a con. Only after did I read the reviews, so that's to all contributors, I then made sure that the subscription I didn't know I had signed up to was cancelled. Basically these people are crooks.

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback — we’re genuinely sorry that your experience with Info-Findr did not meet your expectations.
We’d like to clarify a few important points. Our platform allows users to initiate a trial period for £0.50, which grants access to our tools and data. Before finalising the trial, we inform users about the subscription terms, including the monthly fee that applies if the trial is not cancelled within the designated period.
Regarding the results: if you were shown a preview indicating potential matches and then found no final data after payment, we completely understand your disappointment. That shouldn’t happen, and we’d really appreciate the opportunity to investigate this for you.
Also, we're glad to hear you managed to cancel the subscription in time. If there were any unexpected charges or misleading results, please reach out directly — we're here to help.

Hi,
We’re sorry to read your experience and we truly understand your frustration.
Please allow us to clarify: Info-Findr offers an initial trial period at £0.50, which is clearly indicated on our website. This trial allows users to test the service with no long-term commitment. If the trial isn’t cancelled within the given timeframe, it automatically converts into a standard monthly subscription of £39, as stated in our terms and conditions.
We take transparency seriously, and we’re sorry if any part of the process was unclear or caused confusion.
Regarding your concern about not receiving results, we’d really like to investigate and assist. It’s possible there was a technical issue or a misunderstanding. As for your message, we sincerely apologise if you haven’t received a response — this is not the level of service we aim to provide.

This will show it as the source of many dangerous scams, not only info-findr.
You won't get any results from using info-findr.net and if you don't cancel quick you'll be billed £39 monthly. Don't even waste the initial 50p - it's just to get your card details, which may well be passed on to other scammers. Keep checking your card statements regularly.

Terrible rip off company. Paid 50p for a one time search (with which unsurprisingly no results were found)
Utterly unaware that I was subscribing to a £39 monthly fee!!
Immediately contacted them 2 days later when I saw the fee being withdrawn from my account only to be told it was unrefundable.
Consumer laws tell me I have 14 days to cancel & be refunded.
I have contacted them again to re-iterate this & wish my money to be returned.
