I never received the product. I have contacted them on numerous occasions, but received no response.

I never received my order as their shipping company UniUni delivered it to the wrong address. Even after forwarding the shipper's email to Nubilee, they've ghosted me completely.
They are deceptive and refuse to capitulate and remedy issues which proves they care less except to take your money.

Can I give them 0 stars?
The mask came with a broken zipper.
I’ll need to pay the shipping to return their damaged product. I didn’t even try it.
Ridiculous.

This company tells you you have a 60 day money back guarantee. What they don't tell you is that if you are in the US you have to pay the return shipping which is just as much as the product itself. Buyer beware.

Warning it’s cheap plastic shit from China and they say money back if you ship it back to China which cost $$ buyer beware

I ordered 2 of the sleep masks for gifts for my kids in November. They were sending weird updates that I couldn't understand, so I asked when can I expect these masks? No real answer! I still have not gotten the sleep masks, so now I want my money back. I have not heard from them since. I hope I get the money back, $200.56 is alot! My bank is working on it, lesson learned, read reviews before purchasing. Lots more people have had bad experiences! 👎
UPDATE: yesterday December 16, I finally received the masks that I ordered November 27. They are gifts for family. I will not change my rating as the communication for this company is terrible and I will never buy again from them. I did not get this for me so I can only rate the company I purchased from and not the product! I hope it works for the people I bought for, but my lesson is learned!

When I placed the order it was confusing and I ended up ordering a second one for $70. I immediately contacted them to ask to change the order. They didn’t respond and when I sent a 2nd email they said it was too late because it was already shipped. When I tried to return it the price to return it was almost $70.
Also the instructions on how to use it were worthless and so I’m not able to use it. Totally a waste of my time and money.
Worst customer service ever

I was so hopeful this product might help my awful sleep, but I can't use it. I wanted to give it a good trial for at least a week before deciding whether or not to return. But after only 2 minutes of trial, it was clear it would not work for me. I almost immediately got a horrible headache and that was on the low setting. I tried loosening the strap a bit, but that didn't help either
I am so disappointed 😞.

product was not as described . I contacted them, they informed me i could post back for a refund . They gave me the address. I posted item back it shows as delivered company have not refunded or will not return my emails
