I had to wait quite a while for delivery, not too happy about the dragon sticker as it was not stuck properly at one part, so will peel when being washed. I have not even bothered opening the 2nd one. Cheaper and nicer in TKMAX.

Sadly the item was not what I expected. I was expecting a proper gnome shape (3d not flat) made with tiny seaglass pieces. As these are gifts I can't check that the flat gnomes are actually glass. The picture on the box is completely different to what's inside.

Still not received my item which I ordered 3 week ago. Just get emails saying they will contact me when it’s on its way. I’ve now told them to cancel my order and refund my account. Not impressed!!

parcel dump on floor, driver did not wait for door to be opened. this parcel could have been stolen if nobody had been in!!!!!!

Contacted by them and the overcharge was an error which I have been told will be back in my account in 3 days…. Fingers crossed

I have to say I was disappointed with the purses. I bought 6 for my friends daughters. From the description and photos I actually thought they were made of metal, like a chainmail type material, instead of plastic. So they feel sort of cheap.

It took a while to arrive, but was worth the wait.

The glasses don’t look as good as the picture we looked at they are just transfers on the glasses they are bought for friends do will still give them to them but pricey for what they are. They arrived when expected so no problem with delivery

Sales invoice gives one amount then they take a higher price in payment, requested order cancel and refund

Funny how you promise to look into things when I leave a bad review, but not when I emailed you in the first place where you didnt do anything or explain why you took a higher amount

Cheap rubbish. Sea life cap, but poor quality and not like phot - no crystals and not at all nice like the photos. Plastic adjusters - looks like the sort of thing a little child would wear. Don’t waste your money

Transaction was easy, glass is lovely, well packed.

The glass was fine, but it was so obvious the pirate was just a stick on.

The item is a lot smaller than it is depicted in the advertisement' video. If I had known the true size I wouldn't have bought it. Also the cord for the lights is not long enough in order to have it plugged in.
