Initially great but then shocked by arrival

The company's initial communication was great.
Once I had paid for the item the communication seemed non existent, not even a tracking number provided for the item.
What I am shocked about is that this £425 item came wrapped in bubble wrap in a plain cardboard box
No box for the actual item and no instructions or guidance.
I think this needs to be looked into for future purchases.

My shopping cart should have provided updates, maybe they have ended up in your junk folder along with the response I sent to you regarding the issue before you submitted this review.
