Solid Service

I've had VPSs here for over 2 years at this point and I've never had to open a support ticket for problems with the service. The tickets I have opened, they've been very quick to respond. My only complaint is that with automatic monthly payments turned on, you're charged about 2 weeks before the invoice is due.

I don't like the billing policy due to how I operate, but the service itself has been solid.

I am a professional programmer and a happy customer of INIZ since April 2015. They host a virtual machine for me, which I use for dev and test. I think their hosting service is reliable, and their support is responsive and efficient. I certainly recommend INIZ to my friends.

Support with Love

Today I made refund request, according their ToS it seems I don't eligible for it, but they knew that I'll stay using their great services because my most client loves it.

Service is good

Service is good. Customer service is usually fastband reliable. Not only five stars because there are other services same price and little.more storage

Great host

Great host, easy to use and quick to setup. Been with them for years. Internet is just a bit slow sometimes, otherwise they're awesome!
