At first I was irritated that they took a while to arrive but they then compensated 10 fold great results

I ordered I waited no delivery. Then emailed they claim it was delivered but I never received it. They refused to refund. I order online at least 10 times a month I have had maybe 4 deliveries in the past 2years that were not delivered and said they were. Never have I had a business not make something right. Very disappointing considering we all have much to choose from online.

I ordered from Injoy Extracts, they accidentally sent the wrong product. I emailed them. They responded within a few hours. They immediately shipped what I had ordered and I received it within about 48 hours. Great customer service! We love their products! Great quality and great taste! I've tried several different companies and i have found that we can't do better than Injoy Extracts!

Ordered product online. A week had gone by and no notification regarding status. Reached out to learn order was not processed internally due to order being flagged as fraudulent. It would have been nice to have heard from someone rather than having to ask myself what the issue was.

shipping was fine but the gummie bears i got, left a really bad taste in my mouth. okay i understand edibles aren’t always the tastiest but this left a bad taste in my mouth for hours. to the point where my tongue feels raw idk. they’re not strong either it was really a disappointment

I placed an order through their Black Friday sale. After a few days, I noticed that it hadn't shipped as expected. I reached out, and they said that one of the items on the order was out of stock. This was surprising because this was the first I was hearing about this. They had not sent anything informing me of this. I only learned it because I reached out to them. I have no idea how long it would have taken for them to tell me that my order was not being shipped if I hadn't initiated the contact.

Not only has their customer service declined, the quality of the product seems to be slipping also. The taffy they sent is rock hard, so I'm not sure how old it might be. The other gummies were melted together (they used to ship orders with cold packs). Finally, the prices have also gone up. I understand that the price of everything is going up, but it would be nice of they at least maintained the quality of the product and took care of customers the way they used to.

I have been using this company for years now. They used to have phenomenal customer service, but it has steadily declined with each purchase. This may have been my final order with them.

I have placed an order since the beginning of July. It’s not august 1st and I haven’t received a tracking number. Nothing of such. This company is a scam! And they have no contact number. You have to email them. Which they have not responded to my emails. Terrible service!
