Competitive pricing. Website promised next day delivery but pretty sure it was 2-3 days later. As it turned out, it was ok for us but better not to say next day delivery if not.
Cartridges didn't fit as I was mixing with brother brand so would be great if you sign posted this initially but the customer care I received was excellent and professional.

Delivery was speedy and efficient. Inks are all excellent and image quality very good in my Epson printer. Only complaint was that one of the containers (Magenta) was damaged and ink spread around widely - including on my hands and floor. Took a few days for it to clear from hands.

I still haven't received the ink. It was initially delivered to a wrong address and then I was told they will resend it and this time again I sent my address and eir code at the time of dispute. Guess what they did? They sent it to another wrong address. Someone is definitely not doing their Job. I need a refund at this stage.
