Still have not received my order
Order was eventually received after some follow up. Order was made on the 21st of March. I received a request for a review on the 1st of April. After popping one star on the review I received an email from the post office via email the following day stating nobody was at home for delivery. Apologies to Ink Station as I received my goods as ordered. I am putting the delay down to Australia Post for now.

Your items were couriered direct to your door the next day after you placed the order. As you weren't home they took it to nearest collection point for you to collect. All this information was emailed to you but you still felt the need to leave a negative review a week later.

Incorrect delivery location
When purchasing I defined a PO Box for the shipping address. The product was shipped to my home address. This was done due to a chance that I may not have been at home on the date and therefore I could pick it up from my local Australia Post shop where my PO Box is. Fortunately I was home at delivery time. I should also add that I did not see when ordering that delivery to PO Box was not allowed.

Staff were amazing…
Ink Central were very friendly and helpful even though their suppliers let them down. I was worried about how long it was taking for my e scooter to be delivered due to supply issues but Ink Central staff were very helpful and kept me up to date as soon as they heard anything. Delivery took a long time (ordered 18/01/2023, dispatched 08/02/2023, delivered 10/02/2023, altogether just over 3 weeks), but all items arrived as described.
