We ordered some merchandise with our company logo - T-shirts and sweatshirts. We asked them to share a picture of the actual print before printing all the T-shirt’s. They said they cannot do it and then printed the logo totally wrong - 5 times bigger than what we had approved. We called and the rep accepted the mistake and agreed to give us full refund. And then the next day, blamed the issue on us because we had not given them the size in inches. IF YOU DON’T ASK, HOW DO WE KNOW THAT YOU NEED SPECIFIC DIMENSIONS??!!?? At the end they issued us half the money for the tshirts saying that “we believe the T-shirts are completely useful” 🤬🤬

ZERO OWNERSHIP.

Then came the sweatshirts. After the T-shirts debacle, we asked them to share a picture of the first design that they put on sweatshirt. Again, they refused.

Low and behold, they screwed up the design again. I mean, if you are going to ask us for a design approval, MAKE SURE YOU KEEP THE DESIGN THAT WE APPROVED.

WHOEVER RUNS THE DESIGN OPERATIONS AT THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO OWN UP AND NOT BLAME THE CUSTOMERS.

Never using this company again.

I have placed an order for some desk calendars on inkmonk in November, considering the timelines given by them.
After placing the order, they have extended the delivery date by 2 more days, and i was expecting the shipment by 13th Dec, as they committed to ship the Desk calendars by 9-10th December.
I gave the same commitment to all my clients and planned my travels accordingly.
Now, after multiple follow-ups, they are saying that they will be dispatching the calendars by 17th December.
they wasted almost a month of my time, i would have gotten it printed from some other reliable source instead of going for Inkmonk.

Such an unprofessional company.
I am never going to order from them ever again, and would not recommend any one to go for this company if you are getting something done professionally.

I'm always looking for printers for my badges and artwork. Inkmonk saves me a lot of time and their products are high quality. I had made badges of my illustrations 4 years ago and the pins are still good quality. Their t-shirt prints also last long (read: several machine washed). Lastly I have now placed an order of prints which I am sure will come out well.

Shout-out to their customer care team who always follow up if the artwork bleed is not in sync with their printable area.

I didn't like the print quality of the bookmarks. Also the coating on the paper was not proper.

If there was issue with the file format, it would have helped if someone from the department contacted me and informed that it might affect the print quality
