The color cartridge printed a test page, then appears to be empty.

I found the gal on the phone to be most helpful and suggested a better combination of cartridges that would save me money.

Great Company. I have never been disappointed with the products or the service. If I have a question they always answer the Phone when I have called so I get a answer quickly.

Received order on schedule. The 2 black cartridges worked but all color cartridges would not work. Called service and was sent a replacement of color categories. Notice the replacements had different shaped contact points. Was this the problem??

Las últimas veces que compré con Ustedes, devolvian el paquete porque lo envían por UPS. Anteriormente siempre lo enviaban por correo postal y lo recibía sin problemas.
Enviarlo por UPS es un problema para mi, pues lo devuelven al no encontrar dirección.
Ya no deseo volver a comprar.

I had an ink cartridge to bust. i sent a message. i received a new one quickly. Then i had some that my printer would not read. They sent a new shipment. i am very impressed with this company. No run around and received my new ink within 3 days from the email sent.
