Have a Innoteck airfryer Model DS 5975 (14L) generally very pleased.
Decided to use Rotisserie to cook a 1.370 kg beef joint, followed instructions switched on Rotisserie function started to rotate after a few rotations air fryer closed down, attempted several times with same outcome, HELP PLEASE !

Arrived quick and excellent condition

I’ve only been using a couple of weeks so am trying to be fair.
Can’t say I’m over impressed as yet. It gets too hot to touch on the sides during cooking and the worktop get very hot too. Also not happy that I need to hold on to it very carefully to open the door. Another negative point is that there is only a very short electric cable which gets hot during cooking and it must be placed close to plug socket that may not be a suitable place to stand it.

I bought one of your dry air fryers some months ago.
I have used it 6 times to cook chicken, pork stakes, beef stakes, Pork chops and Chips.
Every time I have used this so called air fryer
the items I try to cook come out smelling rotten
I have had to through out all this very expensive meat.
Thinking it was me allowing the product to go out of date and this is the reason why the smell and taste so Bad.
However I have tried again this time with various cuts of meat and chips but there was no change, the Chips and the meat were still stinking of the fryer.
I tried many times to return the item but was told for hygiene reasons it could not be returned.
Now I am stuck with an Air dry cooker which will have to be sold a my local car boot sale for 50p
Not fare at all.

Arrived early well packed. Easy to get to grips with. Still experimenting but all good so far.

Excellent service albeit a bit slow at times to respond.
Item purchased was the 30L air fryer /oven which we use on a daily basis and has rendered our normal oven redundant. Highly recommended product.

Quick delivery,am pleased with the air fryer but am a bit Disappointed it takes too long to reheat things ie milk tea ect in the air fryer,I bought this machine because it said it repeats.so I still need to buy a microwave as I gave mine away thinking I wouldn't need one.

Loving this. So versatile and intuitive to use. Used it for frozen pizza, cheese on toast, pork steak with chips (at the same time) rotisserie poussin and a whole host more. I first saw this on Amazon and saved it to my wish list for some time until it stopped being available. Ended up getting it from Curry’s/PC World. I’ve seen some comments about parts not being non stick but the main oven tray definitely is and replacements are not expensive anyway. Just wish the rotisserie kebab attachment was in stock, but I dare say it will be eventually. We’ve been without a functioning grill for about 3 years and now we can once again enjoy properly grilled sausages, bacon etc.

Ordered the rotary kebab attachment for a 12 litre air fryer. Arrived promptly and excellent order. Reason why its 4☆ is two Left hand side prices instead of left and right, so the kebabs sticks are at an angle. Couldn't be bothered with the hassle of sending it back, as I am sure the meat/ peppers etc won't care that the sticks are at an angle

I got it quickly and my are fryer is working well now with a light

Cooks food as good as a normal electric oven, browns food lovely, easy to use and keep clean.so far I've cooked salmon, pork chops,bacon and Gregg's sausage rolls and steak bake pastries all perfectly cooked.
