Professional and knowledgeable
Having had various back, shoulder and knee issues for many years I was slightly of the view that I was beyond help! But, working with Ben, I was delighted (and surprised) with the difference after only a few weeks. He is professional and knowledgeable and makes you feel very relaxed and confident in his abilities. Would recommend.

I've been using Ben for many years for…
I've been using Ben for many years for both treatment and training and have continued to do so since the clinic moved a few years ago. The facilities for both training and treatment are excellent and Ben's expertise coupled with his easy and friendly personality has helped me significantly in overcoming both aches and pains and in improving my overall fitness. I would highly recommend the clinic.

Sports injuries
Ben has supported me through several sports related injuries over many years. Treatment and strength training has been amazing and significantly helped improve my recovery time. After breaking my wrist and having a plate and pins inserted, I was back playing golf within 3 months…Very personable, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for short term treatment and/or longer term plan to maintain and improve overall health and fitness…

Highly professional service
Highly professional approach and attitude. I always feel completely reassured and confident in the treatment. I have seen significant improvement and really appreciate the exercises and follow up texts I have received. Extremely reliable and considerate service.

Tailored plan for restricted mobility
I went to see Brad for pain in my lower back and joints. Being pregnant started to make me ache in joints i had never felt aches before.
When I went to Brad he gave me a full assesement. He created a tailored plan to help me with my new restricted mobility. With his guidance I'm able to move around with more ease.
He checked in on my progress often making sure the plan suited me. Anything that didn't we amended to suit me personally.
I would definitely recommend Brad to everyone.
