I purchased the Innovv K7 system for my bike, actually installed it and used it and then wrote a thoughtful 3 star review, detailing the good build quality and thoughtful packaging, but issues with the overall design that increase the difficulty/wiring mess for installation and updating of firmware. I also detailed some changes needed to the included installation attachments and the video output being at 720p instead of the 1440p it should have been and the subsequent poor video quality.

Innovv pulled the review down with no explanation. I can only guess because it actually details deficiencies in the system, unlike the other 3 star reviews they have left up, like "I haven't gotten to install it yet because there is still snow on the ground".

Makes you wonder how many other critical reviews were submitted but pulled, which likely would have affected my purchase decision. Any company that removes critical reviews to skew their product approval rating cannot be trusted and will not be getting anymore of my business.

Rubbish customer service. Delivery didn't happen, lied about it being delivered. My wife was home, checked the security camera no delivery - do not buy.

Jeg installerede en helt ny N1 enhed. 14 dage og 3 ture efter stoppede carplay med at virke.
Enheden sender ikke længere et wifi-id ud. Jeg kontaktede innovv der refererede til en troubleshooting der ikke løste problemet. jeg sendte innovv en video der viste hvordan enheden ikke virkede og at troubleshootingen ikke virkede. Der blev igen henvist til troubleshooting. 3 gang opgav jeg da der igen blev henvist til troublesgooting.

I ordered a K7 from their website and was sent a used one.

It was open box and seemed that someone has used it for some time and then returned the same.

It has scratches on the remote and dust in the button grooves.

Lastly I had to pay duties and fees amounting to CAD 28.12, when their website states that it's duty free.

All in all I had to pay USD 321.26 and CAD 28.12 (Approx. USD 21) for this.

Their contact Blair has been of no help. Just sending random responses and trying to steer away from the actual issue.

They claim it was opened by customs but I called customs to confirm and they said it was not as they would reseal it with their logo tape and put a note if they open a package.

BEWARE OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM.
