The communication from the start with Innpacked was informative, helpful and professional, explaining each stage what was required, being up front with the cost and time involved, and also ensuring that each stage was understood
Exam support was excellent, and the pre exam training was more than worthwhile, enabling me to pass the exam with flying colours

Highly recommend using the Innpacked…
Highly recommend using the Innpacked team to help with any alcohol licence application.
They made the whole process far less stressful and updated us all the way through.
We got our licence a week after the 28 day notice period even after having two objections.

Excellent service
Excellent service, would 100% use Innpacked in the future.
I had heard terrible stories of bad experiences with consultants so was slightly apprehensive, however Innpacked have shown that there are still good professionals out there.
From initial enquiries, to submission of the application Edith and Stephen managed all the paperwork and kept me informed with important updates. My actual consultant was Ian, who all I can honestly say was everything you’d hope for in a consultant. A calm mannered, yet savvy consultant who knows what he’s doing.
Ian’s reassuring advice and ability to negotiate and build rapport with local authorities and objectors made the whole experience, stress free.
We are now the happy owners of our premises licence!
