So after carefully examining every review I could find of this shop, I decided to take the risk and buy the figure I wanted for the very exceptional price they offered. Because of some reviews complaining about insufficient padding for the figures and thus them arriving in damaged boxes, I emailed the shop and kindly asked them to up the packaging because of international shipping and I received an answer of confirming they will take that into consideration in a day. It took about a week to be shipped out and another week to arrive. I was honestly not really concerned of the item (a nendoroid btw) to be a bootleg, since other users received originals. Only one person claimed to have received a counterfeit but there were no evidence (for example photos of the item) that could back that negative review, so I took it as a grain of salt. I thoroughly examined my item and can wholeheartedly confirm its original and this shop is legit ! And I can also confirm, that my request for proper packaging and padding was fulfilled the figure came heavily bubble wrapped and snug in a box.
So if they have a figure you’ve been eyeing for a while for a good price, go grab it 🙌🏽

It’s my second time buying from Insiderjoy. My first purchase was the NEZUPOYO – POP GIRL #1 – 1/7 (by Good Smile Company, Trikt), and everything went perfectly, which is why I left a positive review on their website. At that time, they hadn’t changed their shipping company yet.

This time, however, I expected the same smooth experience, but I didn’t anticipate that the lack of proper packaging protection, combined with a very cheap shipping company, would almost cause my figure to arrive broken. The box was heavily damaged, and this is an almost $250 figure (Shin Evangelion Gekijouban – Souryuu Asuka Langley – 1/7 – Parka Ver. by Alter). Cheap prices, but at what cost?

The figure itself was exactly as described and is original. Thanks to Alex for taking responsibility and refunding part of the original price due to the damage, although the refund did not fully reflect the damage done. Still, please don’t cut corners on packaging protection to save costs, otherwise, you’ll end up paying the price the hard way.

Since switching from Correos to CTT Express, it honestly looks like more packages are going to arrive damaged if nothing changes.

I ordered a figure knowing nothing about the shop and just wanted to try it out. The figure arrived, and the original was everything, but the box was heavily damaged. i texted the support and instantly got help and a Resolution and was instantly relived and satisfied. So my conclusion is it's an amazing store with good prices, kind support, and relatively fast shipping however, if you are outside of Asia and want a perfect box with no small, tinsy tiny dent, it would be nothing for you.

I ordered a figure from InsiderJoy and it arrived safely and exactly as described. The figure and its box were protected very well with a strong outer box and bubble wrap.
No damage at all.

I really appreciate the careful packaging it shows how much they care about customers!

They sold me a bootleg figure that was supposed to be legit. I don't know if that goes for the rest of the figures but please be careful purchasing off this website. I got the W Arknights Hypergryph scale figure and sad to say she's the bootleg. I do not recommend this place and won't be purchasing again

Seller replies quickly. Upon my request, they even found the option to send the package to Slovakia. From the moment the package was sent from the post office, I received it in about a week, which is an amazing speed, considering it came from China. The goods were properly packaged and undamaged. Thanks to this website, I was able to get a nendoroid at a good price, which otherwise can no longer be found anywhere else (unless you count the crazy offers on Amazon and similar sites). For me, it was a great experience! Thank you! :-)
