Arrival too slow/size wrong
Arrival too slow. These were not Saucony specific insoles so false advertising. Worse, size incorrect. If woman wears 7.5 Saucony endorphin, don’t send her a generic insole in size 8.

1. Your USPS tracking number 420802069300110923002221302169 shows that the package was deivered on 2023-05-01 14:39, and you placed this order on 2023-4-15, total delivery time just 15 days, this is normal, so we don't agree you says: "Arrival too slow."
2. Please note that we don't advertise the specific just for endorphin. this is a Saucony running insole for replacement, and as you know you're getting the same insole as our ad image, there's no any false advertising.
3. Sorry for this issues, the size 8 is usually slightly more compact than the 7.5, less slippery, and does not need any cutting, if you don't satifited the size 8 instead, please contact us for exchange.

Great insoles
Love them. Fit perfectly and work great. Use them for work shoes - a lot of standing throughout the day and these have helped. Good support and stability. Will definitely continue using.
