They handle my FSA account they have the absolute WORST customer service!!!!! Now if my insurance files a claim they do reimburse me fairly quickly. However their app doesn’t work hasn’t since January 1, 2026. I’ve had several FSA accounts anyone else sound be better. They act like I’m asking for their money not my own. Just a horribly difficult company to do business with terrible.

I had the pleasure of working with Easha Tadvai for the past three months and her sessions were extremely helpful. Through working with her, I saw major consistent improvement in areas I had previously struggled with, and I now feel so much more confident in my performance going forward.

I had Cady Trvalik as my admissions consultant. We used the hourly rate and I was able to add sessions based on my own schedule. Cady perfectly matched my energy and pushed me to make progress even during busy parts of my semester without pushing me to burn out. My first application I was denied, after working with Cady I’ve been accepted to my school of choice!

Havisha made the medical school application process feel so much more manageable. She supported me through everything, from building my school list to editing my personal statement/secondaries and prepping for interviews.

She was always consistent, encouraging, and gave really thoughtful, honest feedback. I always felt like she truly cared and wanted me to succeed.

Because of her guidance, I got into my top choice, and I’m so grateful! I’d definitely recommend her and Inspira to any pre-med student applying.

Richa has been a great DAT tutor! She explains the difficult concepts clearly and really helped me stay organized by creating a personal study plan. I highly recommend her for anyone studying for the DAT!

My tutor, Keane, has been exceptional at adapting lesson plans, responding to my every question via email and in our sessions and being flexible to my schedule as I am tutoring for the MCAT while I am in school full time. I can not recommend him enough and am so thankful to Inspira for being so organized and clear throughout. This is a great program if you don't know where to start, are looking for accountability in your studying process, and/or if you haven't yet taken all of the classes that are covered within the MCAT.

My experience was amazing! I was taking the mcat tutoring program with jas (she's the best!!) and it's been life changing. She was so helpful, she answered all my questions, her responses were always lighting quick, her feedback really helped me find where my weak points were, and the list could go on and on. In the many tutoring hours I took with her, she truly made an effort to understand how my ADHD was affecting my performance and helped me come up with different ways and strategies that were super efficient and effective on test day. I can't thank her enough for how much she helped me and I definitely can't imagine taking this monster of a test without her.

I paid a lot of money and I truly don’t feel that I received much benefit. Daniel was who I was paired with from the program was too busy working on his own stuff for residency and really didn’t spend much time with my application. I don’t really even think that he took time to review my personal statement or other experiences. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this program, especially for the amount of money that they’re charting for it

Wanted to give update : Miranda from Insoira reached out to address my concerns. She was very understanding and listened to my whole story . She made it right by finding a new mentor at no additional cost . I’m so grateful and appreciative to Miranda and her team for making this right

I have been working with my tutor, Lily Getter, since September. She has helped build my confidence tremendously and has been very patient and understanding when there are certain topics that have been difficult for me to get through. I can't recommend her enough!

Oresta was an incredible PA school application advisor, and I honestly could not have gone through this process without her. As an international student, this application process was very different from any other applications I have ever done and felt overwhelming at many points. Oresta helped me understand how everything works, guided me through each step, and showed me how to communicate properly with universities.

She prepared me extremely well for interviews and gave me confidence when I needed it most. Having her support made a huge difference, especially during such a stressful and unfamiliar process. She always had helpful advice and practical tips, both before applying and throughout the entire application cycle.

Because of Oresta, the whole process felt much easier to navigate and far more organized. I highly recommend her to anyone applying to PA school, especially international students who are facing a completely new and challenging system.
