Been waiting since May for a refund on a pre ordered top that didn't turn up. No response from customer service. Now the company appears to have disappeared....with my £29.99!

The absolute worst! Received an incorrect item, reached out multiple times via instagram and email and finally received a response saying they would send the correct item within 4 weeks as it was on back order. After 4 weeks I reached back out and was told my order had shipped and they were waiting on tracking information as it was being shipped directly from the manufacturer. After 2 months of constant follow up I received an automatic email back saying they had gone into liquidation.

Ordered from there over a month ago, no product received. Can’t find them on socials and am “blocked” from the website. Contacted my bank to report fraud.

Would give 0 starts if I could.

Fake site and the biggest scam ever !!! avoid avoid avoid.

They sell 'products' keep you hanging for a month and then email you saying they have gone into liquidation. taking your money and no one reaching out with an explanation. Such a big headache and my biggest regret.

Ordered 2 items, the items did not match the image and they only gave store credit. I thought I’d give them another chance and order different items, they sent me the wrong things and their customer service is appalling. They don’t respond or care. Do not buy from here unless you want to waste money.
