From start to finish this was a 5 star…
From start to finish this was a 5 star experience. Peter has now handled the last 4 of our Caribbean February get-aways and was always helpful, courteous and professional. The team in Antigua, Diana in particular, made us feel welcome as always and could not have done more to make us feel special. Thanks to you all and we shall now be planning a return visit with the help of ITC.

I had 3 weeks away booked by ITC
I had 3 weeks away booked by ITC. It was. Little complicated as others were joining me for part of the trip. There was some hiccups in sorting this out and I felt it could have gone smoother. I have used ITC a number of times and it worked perfectly. In addition one of the recommended hotels wasn’t the best. It was tired and things didn’t work. The other 2 venues were brilliant.

What a great team!
The team at Inspiring Travel were absolutely tremendous. They were helpful, knowledgeable and very responsive. They obtained great pricing, but also lots of little extras that really made the trip special. Sophie was an absolute star, and no amount of tiny amendments were too much trouble! Would highly recommend them.

Always on hand...
Second time booking and just perfect... from the notification prior to our trip to Mauritius of the possiblity of flight delays due to a cyclone (we'd booked our flights using Avios so they really didn't need to do this) to being on-hand and responsive when we had issues with a hotel room they have been great. You feel valued as a client and not just a number - Kelsey once again was a super-star :)

The great part of Inspiring Travel's service is that they just don't take the booking. The level of ongoing communication and support to ensure your holiday meets your expectations is excellent.

We have just returned from a family trip to St Lucia arranged by Peter Sallis . The organisation of the trip was great and everything went to plan , really enjoyed the holiday and would throughly recommend Inspiring Travel .

I am absolutely appalled at the service…
I am absolutely appalled at the service received from ITC. They were recommended by my mum who had successfully worked with a member of their staff that had left the business. We were therefore transferred to someone else. They are not a luxury travel agency and spend little to no time getting to know their client. They sent us to an atrocious hotel in the Seychelles which suffered problems with cleanliness, staffing and tired interiors. We reached out to them during our trip but it was down to us to sort with hotel management; they did very little. They also never checked in with us to see how this conversation went. My sister also used them during the same period. She had been booked into a pool room, when she arrived at the hotel the pool was drained (ITC did not let her know), her daughter then had a muffin at breakfast only to find a piece of plastic within. I cannot see how these sorts of experiences can be considered luxury. Having asked for a portion of my money back for the terrible trip, they have refused to do it, and have not accepted their role in any of the issues we encountered. My argument is that this hotel shouldn't be on their list, yet it was even their hotel of the month last time I checked! I have stayed at many 5 star resorts in my ligfe, but I honestly could not believe the service in the hotel they sent us to. Three examples for you. Dinner trays left by the pool, when we asked the staff to remove it, they replied it was not their job and they had called room service (we eventually forced them after it was there for an hour). Example two, left over food and rubbish all around the restaurants and bars gathering ants (there all day long). Example three, room service scraping room service plates into the bin right outside your room! I would do yourself a favour and find a travel agent that actually cares. BEWARE.

I did liaise with your sister and was pleased we were able to conclude her complaints satisfactorily and we are looking forward to them travelling with us again.
We did engage our hotel partners UK Account Manager while you were in the Seychelles; we have worked closely over many years and they genuinely did a great deal to ensure your stay was enjoyable, which included providing a room upgrade which was double the value of your original room, extended meal upgrades, a massage and a reduction off your incidental bill - lots of activity was extended in an attempt to ensure you had a pleasant stay, We are disappointed to know you didn't enjoy your stay in the Seychelles. You will recall that we explored various different African combinations, over the course of a few months, before you decided to confirm the Seychelles option, the month before arrival, and over festive dates - when availability is particularly limited. We are sorry that your stay was disappointing and that you didn't experience the levels of satisfaction that our clients typically enjoy.

We’ve just returned from Kerela which Nikhil organised for us. He made sure that the whole trip ran very smoothly. All the hotels we stayed in were amazing and we were looked after brilliantly.

my time in Kerala
We have just done a few days in Kerala - I knew more or less what I wanted to do but the agent, Nikhil, helped me put it together - 4 nights in Cochin with emphasis on the Jewish aspect, 2 nights at spice village, one night on house boat which was all amazing. I regret that we did not spend one night at the lake resort where we got the house boat - kumarakom and could have spent one night less in Cochin. Loved all hotels

Our second most amazing adventure in incredible India
This is the second time my wife and I have been to India for a three week adventure. Both trips were expertly put together to cater for our abilities and tastes by IT's India Agent Nikhil Chibber who is the most caring of agents. Whilst India is a hectic environment in the cities the country has so much more to offer in terms of spectacular architecture and scenery on such a large scale. The highlights on this tri[p were undoubtedly our stays at Thekkady and Kumarakom, We were accommodated in the King Charles Suite in Kumarakom which was truly amazing . The people are so friendly and helpful.
