This company is simply the best. We have used them for long haul but this was the first for short haul to Tuscany. My husband was mumbling on Friday morning as to why bother using them for a European trip that i could have sorted myself until BA cancelled our flight out of London city as we were standing at the gate! When the chaos ensued and hundreds of people were jostling to be offered alternative arrangements I quickly rang Lucy to see what she could do and the team launched into action. Within a few minutes Lucy had passed me on to the brilliant trouble shooting Katie who then secured us the last three tickets out of Heathrow later in the day and who told me they would sort out the ensuing claim for me with BA. All whilst everyone around us having a meltdown at being offered tickets for Monday!! So at least we got to our hotel that day. The itinerary drawn up by Lucy worked brilliantly throughout our stay. This company is beyond efficient, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I don’t bother phoning around anywhere else as I don’t believe their service could be any better. I rest my case!!

The service was extremely professional and the team were friendly and always available. The experience provided made the holiday hassle free. All documents were sent and clear instructions and help offered at all times. Would definitely use again.

This is the first time we have used ITC. We will be definitely using them again. Their constant attention to detail from the booking of the holiday right through to seeing us home from our holiday to Barbados was first class. My initial communications with Peter were excellent and he was very helpful in making various recommendations and all the bookings were promptly made once we had reached a decision. I can only imagine that you are then passed over to back office staff as the communication was not so prompt or professional thereafter. Upon arrival at our hotel, our room requests were not met resulting in one of our sons having to sleep on a sofa bed. Our sea view room was more road view with all of the noise associated with being on a busy main road. The hotel itself fell below the 5* standard it is meant to have, with many of the promised activities simply not available. The rooms were fairly basic, we had booked superior rooms, and the food was ok, but not 5*. Despite being 'premium' All Inclusive, we ate out several nights to avoid the chaos of the buffet restaurant. The reception had no record of our home transfer details and only organised transport for us when I showed them a copy of our itinerary. We had a good enough holiday, but it fell below our expectations.

Inspiring Travel always ensure our holidays are easy from start to finish. The booking process is always easy and travelling with kids is made 100 times easier as they arrange private transfers which are always on time and great quality. On this trip we had an issue with a cancelled flight by Easyjet but Sascha was quick to book us new flights, deal with Easyjet on our behalf and book us another night stay in a hotel. This took the stress away for us and made our trip wonderful. Thanks for everything!

Excellent holiday in Portugal, staying at Vila Vita Parc. Inspiring Travel went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after, so many little details. Private transfer was amazing, and driver so friendly too.

I am an avid traveler but given it was our honeymoon, this was the first time I've used a travel agent. We worked with Nick who was incredibly knowledgable on the Philippines and gave us great recommendations on where to stay. The best part about working with Nick and Inspiring Travel was how smooth and seamless all of the logistics were when we arrived - there was always someone there with our name ready to pick us up and the on the ground team was incredible responsive and flexible when we wanted to tweak small things on the fly.

Booked through inspiring Travel for the second time. Peter Sallis was excellent really listened to what was important for us on a holiday and was very quick to respond when I had a question whilst I was away in resort. It’s great to be able to pick up the phone to the same person who understands what you are looking for and gives you as much time as you need to think and talk through different options. Peter really goes above and beyond. We will be using again for our next holiday.

Inspiring Travel need to check out hotels before recommending them. Fort Royal in Guadeloupe was very disappointing.
