Ordered 12 Nov 2025. It is 5 March 2026 and still no order. SCAM. do not order from this company.

I have been waiting over 2 months for my order and i have been told get my item has been shipped.And then in the next email told that there are delays due to 5 different reasons over the course of a month. And they refused to give me a refund.Such an awful experience

My order says its being shipped. Customer service keeps asking me to wait a few more days. This is a total scam.

IT IS 100% a scam. this is a fact!!! Please everyone on here report this FAKE website to Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at ReportFraud.ftc.gov

The biggest rip offs of all time. I ordered my items on 12/16/2026. I lost $105.00 on this. It is going two months and I never received a thing. I contacted them through email twice. But they said it was on its' way and I have yet to see it. They had the gall to post on Facebook for this. I brought other stuff from Facebook and they were legit but this doesn't seem to be.

same as everyone else "status pending" with USPS since dec 29th. Its amazing how these companies can get away with this.

It is a scam. Absolutely no delivery and no refund. I paid $79.99 for a mini brick house back on 12th of November and the order has never shipped. No tracking has been provided. The customer service lady called Jennifer, as some of the reviewers said, a friendly LIAR. She said they are processing the refund but you’ll never receive a refund.

I had to open a dispute with Revolut to chargeback. Provisional refund was offered by Revolut on 7th of December. I thought the case is finished. However, on 20th of January, I have received a notification that the seller has contested the dispute. Honestly, I could not believe. I hope Revolut can make a sense final decision on this fraudulent case!

Identical to other reviews here, I ordered a gift for Christmas in early December, and when it didn't come close to Christmas, I was told it was on the way... this same cycle of 'where is it?' "it's on the way" repeated itself for a few weeks. She (goes by Jennifer) refused to give refund, claiming item had been shipped. But USPS showed they were still awaiting the item. Jennifer insisted USPS tracking was wrong, and just be patient, omg... I told her I'd report her to BBB, Trust pilot, etc., and looks like everyone already has.

A scam. They do not send anything.

They don’t even deserve 1 star but system made me select something! This is a complete scam. Do not purchase anything from them or you will be sorry. They will not ship you anything! They collect your money and create a tracking number with the post office to PRETEND they are sending a product. That way they can deny a refund because they claim the item has already “shipped”. Meanwhile the post office is still waiting on the item and will be forever because nothing is coming. It’s sad people with fake companies like this exist and take advantage of genuine customers who were just trying to support a small business and purchase their product. Don’t be a fool like the rest of us. You are not getting ANYTHING from this company. Read the other reviews. We all have had the exact same experience. Jennifer is the person who has been responding to my request for refund and is a very friendly LIAR!!. Don’t trust anything thing this person is telling you!

I placed an order for. Mini brick kit for my son for Christmas in mid- to late November. The site said deliveries can take up to 30 days. When I hadn’t gotten ship notification approaching Christmas, I reached out to Inspyr to check in. They wouldn’t send me the ship notification but assured me it was on the way to me. I didn’t get it by Christmas so I asked to cancel it. They refused to cancel it and told me to trust them. I told them I wanted to cancel the order and they again refused and told me to be patient. Their site said an order can be cancelled prior to shipping. I still have not gotten the kit, gotten shipping notification or anything from inspyr. I think it’s a fake company. Do not buy anything from them.

Same experience as other people. I didn’t receive anything. Now the links to my order and shipping info don’t exist.

Scam. Spent hundreds of dollars on products for Christmas gifts - ordered in October, still nothing in December - no tracking number, no proof anything has been sent, plus there has been fraud activity on the card used to purchase the products and the card needed to be cancelled. 100% a sham company.

Inspyr spends a lot of money on social media advertising to look legitimate, but my experience has been the exact opposite.

They took my money, and nearly 70 days later I still have not received my order. There has been no meaningful movement on tracking since the day I purchased. I’ve made multiple attempts to communicate, received repeated promises, and yet nothing has actually happened.

At this point, there is no product, no accountability, and no follow-through — just excuses.

This feels incredibly misleading and unprofessional. If you’re considering ordering from Inspyr, save yourself the frustration and money and shop elsewhere.

Absolute scam of a place. Ordered months ago and they refuse to refund keeping me on a wild goose chase following up to ask where the order or refund is.

Scam. Ordered 2 months ago and nothing arrived

Do not order. They will respond courteously, they’re doing everything they can to chase your order but have already charged you and refuse to refund you. I’ve waited 3 months for this kit. No tracking number to this day.

I ordered a kit a month ago--still hasn't shipped. A scam. Avoid.

Absolutely do not purchase anything from this company. It’s been over six weeks since I placed the order, almost 4 weeks since they said they shipped it, but yet USPS still does not have the shipment from them. Definite scam and I’m a fool for purchasing after seeing their ad on either Facebook or Instagram.
