I can't fault them. I tried shopping around but to quote one plumber "Mate if you can get that Rheem stainless system installed for that price, just book it and don't waste your time looking elsewhere. I couldn't install it at my house for that". They turned up on time, were very helpful..No BS. That was a month ago and I am still very very happy.

I purchased a hot water unit and it was delivered 2 days later. The unit was professionally installed 2 weeks later as I choose the 20 day installation plan. It looks great and the hot water is flowing.

I was mildly reluctant to book a big ticket item like this online, without meeting the plumber for a face-to-face quote, but the price was too good not to try it. The whole experience was refreshingly simple, and questions I had along the way were answered without delay. Install was great and now we are enjoying piping hot water again. Definitely worth giving this cart-and-calendar process serious consideration.

I had a great online experience as well as email communications in getting the right advice and make the order of the Rinnai B26 gas heater system, to replace my old system that was broken.
