I am a return customer having been assisted with a small job recently, and Instamove was on the auction house recommended list. Today was a big move for me and Christian and Andre Z did an outstanding job. Efficient, on time, courteous and friendly. Every step dealing with Instamove is professional and well organised. Thanks Team. Happy to recommend this company to others.

David & Nicolas were very professional and courteous. They arrived on time and did an excellent job taking care not to damage the item being transported. I would recommend them.

Philip and Pablo did an amazing job, good pricing and good service. Very friendly hard workers

Thiago and Jefferson were super friendly and beyond helpful! They made my move extremely easy and were so calm in my chaotic day.

I couldn’t recommend Instamove enough, and if you are lucky to be helped by Thiago and Jefferson, they won’t disappoint!

I will definitely be a returning customer! Thank you

Highly recommend the move went smoothly guys, very friendly and helpful.
Thanks Ann-Maree Harrington

If I could score 11 out of 10, I would. I did not become a customer but I am severely impressed by the attention I was given. The instant online quote, really was instant!! Aaron was exceptionally friendly and polite in his follow-up call. I opted for a self-driven trailer hire but I was given perfect service even though I did not engage their Service, and I have asked for the opportunity to give this reference. Thank you, Aaron for your perfect attention and excellent disposition.

Thiago & Jeferson were fantastic. They were very professional and did a great job. Will definitely be going through them again with my next move.

The quoting tool was very easy to use and booking online was very convenient.

Thiago and Jeferson where very efficient and professional. They made my move as stress free as possible.

Will use Instamove again

We were helped by Felipe and Pedro to move and they did an amazing job. They were quick, patient and kind. Thank you to both.

On time ,courteous, fast excellent care highly recommended, easy booking and payment was easy 👍👍👍

Felipe and Pedro were just exceptional. Quick, efficient, professional, helpful and totally lovely human beings. They treated our furniture and belongings so carefully, and went above and beyond to get things where we wanted them. Could not be happier - would highly recommend them. The whole Instamove experience was smooth as silk. Phone staff were friendly and efficient. Booking, communication and invoicing were all straightforward.

Felipe and Pedro Luan helped us move today and WOW!! We had never used removalists before and now we won't be using anyone else. They were absolutely stand-out all day, efficient friendly and offering to help us however they could; even offering to pack our own car for us! The booking process was also super easy and Instamove kept us up to date the whole time. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Thiago and Jeferson from Instamove were our movers and they were amazing. They handled all our things with due care and were very professional identifying how to best fit all of our things into the truck maximising the space to ensure most of all our items are in for the move.

Also thank you to the team at the office attending to our arrangements as we had to cancel/reschedule our initial booking due to the whole family falling sick.... they were very responsive and fast to assist with the rescheduling and we were then arranged for the move almost immediately when were better!!!!

Overall we had a great experience with Instamove!!!!!

Luis and Christian R did our move yesterday and they were really lovely guys. They were incredibly patient and careful with the loading and unloading of our furniture which we really appreciated. Thanks to them and to Instamove for the great service at a reasonable price.

Great service. Thiago and Jeferson did everything very fast and took care of the furniture. 100% Recommended

We can highly recommend Instamove for any relocation - near or far. Fernando and Alexander were extremely professional and capable, even more so due to the inclement weather on the day. Both were patient and polite and a pleasure to deal with. If we could rate them 10 stars, we would!

Fernando and Josh were well mannered and friendly. They were on time and worked efficiently whilst being careful with all of our belongings. Everything was secured carefully in the truck before they left for our home. Staff from another removal company, who happened to be moving someone else, commented on what a professional job they were doing. When we arrived at our renovated home, they were careful not to damage any floors or walls and were more than happy to place furniture where needed. It was a very positive experience and I highly recommend instamove.

Diego and Jefferson showed up on time they were so fast and efficient… I would give them 10 stars if I could… they pulled things apart and put them back together perfectly… they helped me with my TV… which wasn’t in there job description…I would not hesitate to recommend them… 10 Stars guys!!!
