I needed an EPC fast for a remortgage and Noman was able to help me. I called at around 10am, booked for early afternoon and had the EPC emailed by 2.30!

Energy Performance Certificate Assessment
Instant EPC, were responsive with our enquiry and scheduled our EPC assessment at a convenient time for us. The assessment was carried out and a detailed report was delivered after payment as promised.

Such an easy and quick process!
I needed an EPC for the sale of my property and I came across Noman online who had glowing reviews and incredibly well priced. It was easy to book a day and time, and when the day arrived I was actually able to do earlier in the day so I reached out to Noman who got back to me really quickly to accommodate the change.
He took care around my home and advised me of changes to the old EPC throughout, and advised of things that weren't considered on the old EPC. Within hours I had my new certificate, which is amazing!
Anyone looking for the right person to undertake their EPC, look no further. Thank you Noman!

Surveyor contacted me within 10 minutes of an enquiry online. Agreed a date for the survey, he arrived when he said he would and emailed us to say he wa on his way. Certificate arrived that evening.
