Beware of return policy
Received Mulberry bag but colour was wrong so requested a return and was told I would have to pay 25% to return which was a ridiculous amount of money!! Need to make that MUCH clearer before people buy! Very greedy.

Resposta da Instant Finds
I understand your frustration, but according to our records and the information provided on our website, the colour you received matches the one you ordered Wild Primrose. What colour were you expecting? we can't offer a full refund simply due to a change of mind due to the nature of the business. Thank you for purchasing.
