I know you really tried and the lady at phone reception was most helpful and the weather terrible.Perhaps another time , delivery emails across four days might benefit from better communication with your courier.

Our customer service team have refunded 10% of your order cost by way of an apology. We will ensure everything runs smoothly next time you order and make sure there are no more issues with transport.
This is a great service
This is a great company, the only one I know that delivers high quality kiln dried logs for log burners normally the next business day. Other companies I've tried all take weeks usually. The couriers are always incredibly helpful with getting the palate onto the property as we don't have vehicle access.

Great delivery service - on time both times we've ordered. No fuss. Logs great too - albeit a little larger for some types of wood, but no problems really!

Good logs. Not so good delivery.
The logs are good and burn well. But both times the delivery has been a day late. Which is annoying as the email says we have to wait in all day to receive delivery and we have no clue what time they will arrive. Surely someone could at least give us a rough time slot in the morning of the actual delivery day? And again, if they can’t deliver, surely someone should ring and let us know. So we don’t stay in for nothing.
And my other beef is that they won’t enter the property and wanted to leave a tonne bag in the lane. How are we expected to be able to move that?

Next time you order, please give us a call and we can provide you with a two hour timeslot on the day of your delivery to save you waiting in all day
