Instashade Opiniões

Customer service is second to none.

We had a small problem with the stitching on the roof and a new one was sent the next day. We would recommend Instashade to anybody who is serious about serious shade.

The parasols are really good quality and definitely worth paying for when compared to the cheap versions available.
I made a mistake with my measurements and Instashade didn’t hesitate to quickly make an exchange, without any fuss. I dealt with Amanda Percy, whose response times and service ethic were fantastic.

I ordered an Aurora cantilever parasol for my pool area and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. They helped me decide the size, the colour and the position of the parasol. The guys who came to install it were extremely professional and helpful and I couldn’t have wished for a smoother process. Thank you Instashade.

We bought a parasol from Instashade. It was with us three days after the order was submitted. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the service superb. Highly recommended.

We bought a table sunshade at Chelsea Flower Show from InstaShade but ordered one too big for our courtyard. I contacted the company and nothing was too much trouble to get the right size to us. The two men in the van that delivered the new sunshade could not have been more helpful and had it all set up and checked before they left with the larger one. The van had been diverted to our house and although it was our mistake the company sorted it out very quickly
We are very pleased with the new smaller sunshade. I recommend InstaShade without hesitation. They are a pleasure to do business with. Pop

Instashade have been a pleasure to work with from the off set. Amanda was very helpful throughout and the fitting team were professional and competent. I couldn’t be happier with my new pergola! The quality of the product they have delivered at a reasonable price is second to none.
Thank you instashade for creating the perfect outdoor living space.

Reliable and durable parasols that look fantastic. Instashade’s installation and customer service teams are also brilliant- Amanda in particular is super helpful and efficient. Thank you Instashade!

The company was very flexible when we identified an issue with our original order and agreed to change the item on the same terms. They had stored the original order for months. Delivery arrangements were smoothly and efficiently organised. They two men who came with the delivery were very pleasant and gave a full briefing on how to use the parasol. I have no question in recommending the company. Very customer focussed.

We bought an instashade parasol a few years ago for the back garden and the quality is exceptional two years on and it looks as good as new. The only issue we had is the acid from the pigeon poo on the stabilisers but we have spray painted them so they dont look too bad.

We recently ordered two cantilever parasols from Instashade. After thoroughly researching online to find out what a cantilever parasol actually was, we knew these were what we needed and we were amazed to find out just how amazing the Eclipse models from Instashade are! The knowledgeable staff talked us through the whole process of what our best options were. Their professional installation too, has perfected our outdoor dining space for our guests. Special thanks to Amanda and the team at Instashade.

Amazing company and products. The parasols are high quality and service and installation was superb. Highly recommend.

Great company providing high quality parasols - bought the Aurora and I can't fault it!
Brilliant communication throughout with Amanda who made the whole process a breeze - Thank you Amanda and Instashade for the brilliant service

From start to finish the service we received was excellent. The product was every bit as good as we imagined it to be.

We purchased an Eclipse a couple of years ago and are delighted.
