I enjoyed using this site, plenty of games I liked, problem came when I had a win and have had nothing but issues to get my winnings and im still waiting. I had to confirm identity etc which is fair and I was happy to oblige but There was supposedly an issue 3 times saying it couldn't be processed even though I was told it had been approved and processed so they put my winnings back on my account, they clearly want me to spend it and lose it so they don't have to pay out. Every time there is a delay (I have to keep re requesting a withdrawal) and each time this is adding days of waiting as they are saying 24-48 hours, then it was 1-3 business days, now I'm being told 3-5 business days, never with any casino have I had this issue. I've never waited more then 24 hours to receive winnings. I'm extremely disappointed and won't be using this site again unless they sort out this problem.

I have never really had an issue with this casino previously. I have won big amounts and they always paid out. But as of recently it’s gone down hill. Taking deposits but not going onto my account therefore taking funds from my bank. Then they claim ignorance. After serval attempts and back and forth. I had a “Andy” contact me who claimed ignorance and refused to deal with the missing money. My bank is currently investigating the matter as each time I was depositing using my bank, there would be a glitch on their website. Also using different names on the transaction therefore making it impossible to take accountability. “Andy” also suspended my account when I said I would be putting in a charge back for the missing funds. Quite suspicious. Doesn’t seem legit as it used to be and quite upsetting as I would use the website as a treat for myself.

Deposited £20 said successful but money never showed in my account. Contacted support who escalated the matter. I waited until midday as wanted to place a sports bet but still no sign of the £20. Deposited another £20 and again it failed. Contacted support again.
After this I cancelled £100 withdrawal to do my bets with. I was then told I had used the £40 deposits when in actual fact I had to cancel a withdrawal. I then decided to play book of the dead on 20p spins. My balance dropped for £89-59 this happened 6 days ago and I've still not had anything back
