I wouldn’t even give them one star. Straight scam. Been three months. Got one reply saying they had a new manufacturer then they ignore me. Scumbags. Could have had the whole truck tinted months ago for the same money.

Ridiculously slow shipping i ordered and went 3-4 weeks without an update from them reached out and was told it was wrapping up production preparing to ship it’s been another 2 weeks and nothing not so much as shipped and then after ship date it’s another 7-14 I would’ve just gone to a tint shop and suggest you do the same

DO NOT BUY. Made my purchase on 6/17/25 and have not received anything and they do not answer emails. While it tells you to look on SHOP for tracking update, I was and now the order is no longer on Shop but yet have no received anything. I've sent 2 emails with no answer. So much for being excited on this product. DO NOT BUY!!!!

I would give this company a zero if I could. They took my money, failed to deliver my product and now they're not responding to my emails once I asked for a refund. Horrible company. Do not do business with these thieves.

Its been almost 3 months since I placed my order with these fnck sticks and still havent received my order. Ive emailed them and requested a refund but never get a response. These people need to shut down, give us our money back, go bankrupt, have ICE raid them, then have a stroke. I mean every word.

Shipping takes way to long. Canceled my order and requested a refund. Almost a month and still waiting for my refund.

If I could give this trash company 0 stars I would. I placed my order on June 3rd, and still have not received a shipped email (July 11th). I emailed them to request an ETA and they said all orders take 4-6 weeks to process but the website said 3-5 days? Now they won’t respond to emails requesting a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I have to agree with everyone that this is a scam. I am going on 3 months without a delivery and have gotten the same message twice from 2 "different" customer service reps and they are exactly alike. Everyone. DO NOT ORDER Anything from this company. For those that state the product is great, I think you guys are fake!!

Order the tint on June 18 is when they received it ,claimed 14 days for deliveries and it is now July 9 still haven’t received confirmation that it’s being shipped nor will they answer any emails I send them , think twice before you order from this company

This location opened late the price quoted by head office was argued the tint install took over 2 hrs once work started they advised NO CREDIT NO DEBIT

It has now been 4 weeks since I was told you got materials. What is going on????

I should have came here to read the reviews before buying. I am a sucker for even buying the warranty.

After waiting over 3 months I finally emailed them the original order confirmation showing that I paid for priority shipping; and demanded a full refund and to cancel the order completely. I'm sure they'll be pleased to hear that that will be 1 less order for them to screw up.

Total scam. Don't buy it, bought my tint in February, they keep sending emails that shipment will be sent in 2 weeks since then, never received mine. Make yourself a favor and never buy from this company.

So i had to wait about 4 months for my order to be shipped, which is ok since I wasn't in a hurry, its just tints. When I received they gave me tints for the wrong car! I emailed them, which they replied and they said to send them pictures for proof. I did and they said OK we will send a replacement one ASAP. BTW I also bought their lifetime guarantee since I figured fake tints wouldn't last too long. 1 year later still no refunds, not correct tints and they stop replying to me when I kindly ask them of they have an update. What a scam, I coul have just installed real tints for this money. Purchase was too long so I can't claim it with the bank.

After waiting over 3 months after my purchase, the tiny arrived damaged. It also was nothing like the advertised product. It was cheap, cloudy, static-cling tint that was almost impossible to install with horrible clarity. After months of going back and forth trying to get a replacement or refund for the crappy, damaged product, they eventually stopped replying to any of my attempts through email, FB, and IG. It’s been over a year now, reported to BBB, and still no resolve. They are crooks that sent me an inferior, damaged product and stole my money. Steer clear and do not buy from InstaTint!!!

If I could possibly give less than one star, I would. This company is a complete sham. Do not buy from them. They will not answer emails, they will give you fake tracking numbers, and their product is definitely subpar to the point where I had to ask for a complete refund and received no responses. Do not read the reviews online. Go to the Better Business Bureau look them up in Las Vegas, Vegas, Nevada, and read those reviews.
I ordered the tint in December 2024, it is now June 2024 and I have no tint

I ordered my tints 2 months ago. I’ve made several attempts at getting an update. First they told me they changed vendors to a company in Washington. They kept pushing my delivery date and when I requested the order to be cancelled and issuing a refund, they stopped replying to my emails.

Should have read the TrustPilot reviews. That’s on me.

Besides the fraud in representing this as a legitimate business, it is a criminal matter to accept payment over the internet and never deliver the product, and then ghost the customer.

The “customer service” replies are cut and paste with the same nonsense regurgitated under various names.

Much like the various John Doe names that have given InstaTint positive reviews.

Buyer beware. This is a con.

I ordered my insta tint April 9th and was super excited about this product. I knew it wouldn't be delivered next day but it's now going on 2 months and I continue to be told they had an issue with supplies and I'll be updated as soon as possible. I have requested a refund and to cancel my order with no success. I implore anyone that is considering this to stay away and just get your windows tinted professionally. This is one of those products that's too good to be true....it's currently June 11th as I'm writing this review and still haven't been given any updates on my order progression.
