Refunds before the bracelet is made
Well I did complain about the gold bracelet giving the recipient a whole body rash and wasn't offered a replacement... I made an order this morning and mistakenly ordered gold instead of silver. When trying to do the refund process its difficult. I did order the right one and now hoping they get my email to cancel my mistake.

I love it- satisfied customer
I accidently put the wrong address- package came and was unfortunately sent back, this was a Christmas gift for my 2 month old great grandson- BUT they worked with me and made sure I got a duplicate package before Christmas. Thank you guys so much.
