What can I say! It’s completely changed the way we work. Probably one of, if not the best thing we’ve done for the business recently. Made the paperwork side of things a breeze! At the start I was sceptical as it’s a relatively high cost per job but It’s worth every penny!!! Ian and Robert are on hand 24 hours a day. I swear they never sleep. 5 STARS!!!

We came on board with InsTool towards the end of 2025, and since making the switch for our MCS filing system, it’s been smooth sailing to say the least.

The platform has taken a huge amount of weight off our shoulders as a company. Everything is now in one place, with a clear and organised system that makes managing compliance and documentation far more efficient.

We've been using InsTool for a few months now, and WOW- what a game changer!

When I had a demo of the tool, I asked myself why on earth no one had thought of this previously? It's cut our administration costs by 80%, reduced time required on jobs and drastically streamlined our workflow.

Ian is a true expert in this field, and I don't say that lightly. We had our annual MCS audit and Ian was on the phone educating the assessor on what was MCS compliant and what wasn't.

Any SAAS product is only ever as good as the support. I've done late shifts in the office and pinged a few messages over at 9-10PM expecting them to be picked up tomorrow. Then, 'bing', Ian messages back and assisted us in our early adoption when support was required.

I have been with Instool for over a year now. Far the best platform I have ever seen , straight forward , it does everything automatically for you. Amazing. The customer service ad help is unreal , everytime I had an issue or question , the guys on the webchat are rapit, when i say rapid , they are back to me within minutes, I hoestly dont know how they do it!! If you looking to simplify your MCS paperwork, do not think twice, just sign up!!!

I have been using Instool now since not too long after it went live. It's a game changer for MCS handover compliance and the rest. I also really found the PAS breakdown features helpful. Ian is always very responsive if you need help with anything. It's a great product at a great pricing point and it's now part of our daily work flows.

The software itself is fantastic overall – intuitive, reliable, and clearly designed with the end user in mind. It has made a huge difference to our operations, particularly when it comes to producing detailed and professional handover packs for our ASHP and Solar installations. The quality of the packs we’re now able to provide is noticeably higher, and our customers genuinely appreciate the level of detail and presentation.

On the rare occasion that we’ve encountered any issues, the support chat has been outstanding. Responses are always quick, and any problems are resolved efficiently. It’s worth noting that these instances are few and far between, which speaks volumes about the stability of the platform.

I have been using Instool for almost a year now, I’ve got to say it is the best software I have ever used for increasing productivity on the admin and project management side of things.

Not to mention the technical knowledge and support in all areas from Ian & Robert is absolutely amazing.

We definitely would not have been able to scale to the point we are at now without Instool.. unless we hired another bunch of full time Admin!

I used to spend days completing handover packs, it was a never ending cycle! now I can get a weeks worth done in an afternoon!

It’s also great for our installation team, the fitters all have access to project stages so no longer am I chasing for certs and test results, they are all filled out on site and uploaded to the pack ready to go, amazing.

These guys are at the forefront of the industry right now, getting on board was the best decision we ever made and I’d encourage anyone and everyone to do the same!
