Took our money and ran.

Took the money and now the site is gone. No messge. No warning. no refund.

The website they provided was absolutely awful. They promised a lifetime subscription, but in just one month, they claimed they were updating it with new and exciting features. However, it has now been four months and there is still no sign of any improvements. The website has completely shut down, leaving us with nothing.

I bought Instoried when it was not even a good product, promised as a great AI reader and upcoming Grammarly alternative. This thing never worked.

Their product was always broken. I paid 60 dollars to get one user access to the product for a Lifetime, and they chose to downgrade my account.

This happened when they managed to grab funding from investors. I only lost 60, but the investors will lose millions. The Instoried team is useless. I also mailed them and no one replied, this was a cash grab product which is dead now.

Initially, Instoried was working for me. But after a few months, bugs and problems arised. And nobody bothers to answer on support emails. For the past 3 months, Instoried has been useless for me. I purchased many software in the past. And I can sincerely say that I had my worst experience with Instoried.

I've never come across such a poor Ai. Their grammar fixing is weaker than a 2-year-old child. Trust me! Their so-called Ai can't even tell if "I is" is grammatically wrong. I had to purchase their software and report it to them. Why would I have to pay $40 to fix my grammar and then fix their grammar? This is ridiculous! There is no way! Even free poorly optimized other grammar fixers can easily tell "I is" wrong. Not just that, there are way too many issues.

This is just one simple grammatical issue, do you have any idea how many errors it has? It's a pretty basic grammatical error so I know it is incorrect and reported it to you, what if it's an advanced error that I don't even know? it is supposed to correct those too. There are way too many other issues. Do you expect me to look for all the grammatical eros and report it to you so you can fix them? This is something you should pay me for. LOL! I bought your poor AI to fix my grammar and now I have to find your error and report the theme to you so can fix one grammatical error in 5 days? You have the most ridiculous customer support. Says you have a refund policy with no questions asked but I already asked for a refund more than 3-4 times but you didn't even say a word about it.
