All claims so far have been worth it…
All claims so far have been worth it for our various pets when they are puppies through to about four years old. After that or after multiple claims the monthly cost goes up. Always prompt payment. In the past two months our staffy has had two operations and about 80% of cost back paid promptly. If your dog is active then it is worth it. Note once our dogs reach four years of age (all staffy or staffy x) the cost becomes to costly and we revise depending on the dog. Note one of the first dogs to be insured there were no claims for seven years. The year we stopped the dog got cancer. Definitely worth insurance for us with our active dogs (staffy or staffy pitbull cross). We have one dog with hip issues and he is about five now we have kept his insurance. Went from about $80 per month to now about $140 per month. These are all our family dogs. Our own dog in the last two months has deep yeast infection operation. cost $800 about and got back about $650-00 so worth it. Second operation was ligament damage to front leg. Paid rebate promptly. Worth it for us (my dogs and my adult children dogs)
