Robert called myself regarding a mini fleet policy which I was considering, I found Robert Ball very helpful nothing was too much trouble talking through the benefits of the fleet policy. Very happy with the service provided.

I run a small business and needed to get a young lad who works with us insured on the vans. He is under 21 and had one previous incident, so I knew it might not be straightforward, but I didn’t expect it to be as difficult as it was.

Honestly, it makes you wonder what young tradespeople are supposed to do nowadays. They need a van to work, earn money, get experience and move forward, but getting them insured seems almost impossible. I do feel for them, because there are a lot of young lads trying to do the right thing and get into work, but the system makes it incredibly hard.

I must have spent around five hours speaking to different insurers and brokers, only to keep getting told no or passed around with no real help. It felt like I was asking for something completely unheard of.

Insurance Revolution was my last shot, mainly because I hadn’t heard of them before. I spoke with Luke, and within a 10-minute conversation he already had an example quotation for me and made the whole process feel straightforward.

He was efficient, responsive, and got back to me when he said he would. I didn’t feel pressured at any point. He kept in touch through WhatsApp, which made everything much easier, especially as I was in the middle of buying another van and needed the insurance ready to go if I decided to go ahead with it.

Luke coordinated everything really well and made a difficult situation feel simple. After speaking to six or seven other companies, he was the only one who actually seemed interested in helping rather than just finding reasons why it couldn’t be done.

Reasonable cost, great communication, and a very streamlined process. Really pleased with the service and would definitely recommend Luke at Insurance Revolution.
