It was my first time buy , he explained me everything so precisely so detailed he was so professional and main thing I felt as he cares to give best service ever to me as a customer. Very helpful and friendly customer service via email before I had decided on the insurance I needed, and then on the phone too when I needed to call in. Good value insurance for my very small business too.

Great company with good coverage but…
Great company with good coverage but the only issue i have is when renewing your policy cost increase puts you off renewing.
I also made a small change to my policy and paid the difference but despite attempts at getting an updated certificate it never arrived. I gave up chasing.
