I first spoke with Erin, who was so lovely, polite, and helpful. Then Tiernan found me an amazing deal on my private medical insurance, saving me £93 a month!
Both were super thorough and patient, answering all my questions and explaining everything clearly. They really knew their stuff and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family!

UPDATE on October 2025 review: as well as saving money on our BUPA subscription from November 2025, I was surprised and extremely fortunate to win a fabulous prize from Insured Health’s partnership with England Golf - a golf bag, but not a usual one by any means: a 2025 Titleist Ryder Cup Team Europe tour golf bag: an iconic, beautifully made and pretty special item in unique colour way of navy & white, with blue and gold Ryder Cup Europe 2025 colours and logos embroidered with six stars representing the European wins. Very professional and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions: never realised that we could have used a broker for health insurance before - well worth doing and shall definitely recommend to all our friends.

No hard sell just excellent customer service.
Bryn was very knowledgeable and patient, he went through the process in simplified detail to allow me to make an educated decision. The documents where provided with a simplified check list that helped me compare the offer of a new supplier. Changing a health provider after 10 years is daunting but the savings and improved cover were compelling.

Everything was explained clearly, I didn’t feel under any pressure .

I had a very smooth experience setting up my private medical insurance with Insured Health. Andrew and Neil Gass was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions patiently and made sure I understood every detail.

The confirmation came quickly, and everything was processed without delay. It’s such a relief to know that my AXA Health policy will be active from 21/10/2025 — just when I need it the most.
